Never got a call that it was ready and it turns out they have my number wrong even though I confirmed the correct number. I started going to this location a couple years ago and preferred it over Marietta Toyota. This experience was not the best. I went in for a recall repair. Was told it would be about an hour and a half. Af preferred it over Marietta Toyota. This experience was not the best. I went in for a recall repair. Was told it would be about an hour and a half. After over two hours, I went to my technician to get an update. She said she would check on the car but never got back with me. After 2 1/2 hours I checked again and they said it was ready. During my wait a sales person contacted me. At first, he said he wanted to talk about my car so I thought it was regarding the recall findings but it turns out he was a sales person. I don’t like the service department giving my phone number to the sales people More

The service dept. folks were so helpful. However, I was told when I made my appt that the oil change/tire rotation would be free as the second free service they had folks were so helpful. When I showed up a few days later, they said my service had expired without notifying me. As these services, I felt it was a bait and switch and was unhappy with this.
