Shannon is the best. There was new young man that greeted me and he dismissed my concerns about the rear locks not working consistently because one worked for him at that There was new young man that greeted me and he dismissed my concerns about the rear locks not working consistently because one worked for him at that time and then proceeded to show me how to unlock my car with the remote. Not at all helpfull and did nothing to adress the problem. I will make sure I see Shannon next time I come in for service. It's not worth an extra trip to fix. It's just super annoying. More
