I appreciated the snacks/drinks in the waiting area. This was my 2nd visit to this service dept after a recent move. The first time was a much better experience. There was a several minute delay in being greeted after I pulled in. My appt was with Shannon but she was obviously in a hurry and wanted me to just leave the keys with no conversation and I had specific requests and questions. She listened but was obviously in a hurry and said one of the guys would write it up and be in to see me. That never happened - they just did work - turns out they did what I requested but I would have felt better if a service advisor and came and talked with me before starting the work given the hurried interaction and brush off Shannon gave me. When I went to check out I had to ask for the battery status report and there was an issue getting that and there explanation of the battery status seemed flaky compared to what I've received from other centers. My previous Honda dealer was in the Ft Worth area and it has far superior customer service than this dealership. More

I have used Tower Honda Maintenance for my vehicle service on several occasions. Within a few minutes I was greeted by a service representative who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my service on several occasions. Within a few minutes I was greeted by a service representative who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I was given a brief review of the maintenance to be performed and the estimated time to investigate the problem and perform the maintenance. I was contacted in a timely manner when my maintenance was completed. These individuals were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while performing the needed maintenance. I am very pleased with the service that I have received at Tower Honda. I would recommend their services without hesitation!! More
