We were fine with that so we come back a week later and they were still unable to help us they tried to put us in a car that was not suitable for our family ( a Jeep Patriot) so today I decided to see if I could get pre-approved at Towbin Dodge which I did. Lloyd called this morning and asked me when I could come in I told him I wasn't sure because I did not have transportation he immediately offered to come get me from my home which I thought was above and beyond great customer service. From the moment I stepped into the dealership everyone was friendly and Lloyd never gave me the run around and was up front with me the whole way through and went above and beyond my expectations. Once we got to financing my experience got even better because Jeff also went above and beyond to help us out this is been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and would highly recommend anyone to go to Towbin Dodge they truly are number 1 in the nation for a reason!!!! They sold me a car that was in an ACCIDENT!!!! STAY AWAY!!! On 6/11/2016 I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango from Towbin Dodge in Henderson NV. The vehicle has 5,000 miles on it. They showed me a clean Car Fax, an On 6/11/2016 I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango from Towbin Dodge in Henderson NV. The vehicle has 5,000 miles on it. They showed me a clean Car Fax, and told me it was owned by one owner. Upon driving the Durango back to St George, a piece flew off the car on the freeway. The car also acted weird on the freeway. We took the Dodge to Stephen Wade Dodge in St George and they told us the vehicle has been in an accident, having all the warranty voided. Stephen Wade told us the Durango is unsafe to drive, and would not pass a safety inspection. Towbin Dodge has been unwilling to do anything! I have had to call Tim Harris multiple times to get him to answer the phone. His suggestion was drive the UNSAFE vehicle back to Las Vegas putting my life in jeopardy. They are unwilling to pay to have the vehicle towed back to Vegas, let alone provide me with a rental car. More
