Great experience We walked into dodge towbin with no appointment set and found Lorenzo who turned out to be our salesperson who was great. He left for an appointment he had set so they had others assist us. The other person they had assisting us was really pushing us away from the sale but then lorenzo came back and apologized to us about leaving but we understood completely. As soon as lorenzo came back he helped us find the car we were looking for and though it did take a few cars lorenzo made sure it was what we wanted and what we loved. We came in looking for a Dodge Charger used but left with a brand new Dodge Charger with a great deal! Anytime we have any questions or need something lorenzo always makes sure we are taken care of. He definitely gave us a great experience and we love our Dodge Charger! I would recommend lorenzo to anyone who is interesting in purchasing a car from dodge towbin. More

I was glad to see that Oscar took the time to actually understand my concerns. WELL DONE OSCAR!!! As for the repairs of my vehicle, it is running very nice now. Had a pull to the right when accelerating and a very noisy front end. Repairs took a couple of days but considering they had to replace everything, not so bad. Was offered another vehicle by Towbin just in case I needed it, which I thought was very nice. Overall, I am truly satisfied with the outcome of the service and I would go back definitely. Second car I have purchased from Lloyd Hicks at Towbin I purchased my 2006 Dodge Charger from Towbin in 2007. Any issue I had with the car they were there to help me with and took care of. I had the car for 9 years and for that entire time Lloyd Hicks kept in contact with me and not just to get me come back to get another car but to see how I was doing and how my family was. I just recently bought another car from Towbin and Lloyd took care of everything for me to make my experience as smooth as possible. I will keep going back to Towbin and Lloyd for any future car purchases. More
