We've had our car serviced by the Towbins for years and have always been pleased with the quality of work and price. We finally decided to trade in our Caravan and bought a Journey from Towbin Dodge. We we have always been pleased with the quality of work and price. We finally decided to trade in our Caravan and bought a Journey from Towbin Dodge. We were as pleased with buying as we were with service! And we LOVE our Journey! Towbin Dodge was the only place we visited but we did shop the other dealers online for their best price. Towbin's was almost $900 lower. More
We've brought our Caravan in to Towbin Dodge for service since we moved here in ''01 (ten days before 9/11!) They've always been on time, affordable and honest concerning our vehicle. I would recommend them since we moved here in ''01 (ten days before 9/11!) They've always been on time, affordable and honest concerning our vehicle. I would recommend them for service to anybody but haven't bought a vehicle from them yet, but we're doing so later today. It's good to do business with peopl that treat you so well. More

I attempted to purchase a 2008 Dodge Caliber from Towbin Dodge in Henderson, NV on 6/5/2010, this was the beginning of my nightmare. From the start I told them due to dislocating both of my knees I can not Dodge in Henderson, NV on 6/5/2010, this was the beginning of my nightmare. From the start I told them due to dislocating both of my knees I can not drive a stick, the first car they tried to sell me was a stick. Bob our salesman called me "rude" and "disrespectful" because I expressed my displeasure at him trying to finance us a car I can't drive. After we finally got that taken care of, we were financed for the car we wanted. This is where things get really shady. We had the car for 20 days, did not receive the green slip so we can register the vehicle. The receptionist kept telling us it takes up to 30 days, Nevada law says they are required to have it to you with in 21 days. On the 20th day of having the car we get a call saying the "financing fell through"and that if we didn't come up with more money to put down we would have to return the car. First off this type of "bait and switch" is known as a yo-yo scam and is currently being debated in congress to be made illegal. Second the dealership is required at least in the state of Nevada to notify you by mail with in 15 days if your financing falls through, this did not happen. When we went into the dealership to confront them about this they said well if you give the car back now you will have to pay rental charges of $39.00 plus mileage, I have a 60 mile commute round trip for my job. I informed them that we would need to see what we could do and then come back. We came back with all of our contract information, information we got from a friend of ours who's a district attorney, and all the information on Yo-Yo scams. We spoke with Kai who appeared very apologetic, and we showed him the information, he admitted that he wanted to get another job and not work for them. However the floor manager who refused to give us his real name told us he's been doing this for 25 years and there is NOTHING illegal about it. The sales people went of to talk to another manager about what was going on, and not one but THREE other customers of the dealership came up to us complaining that the exact same thing was happening to them. I gave them what information I had, and Andy came out and threatened to have me ARRESTED! He said I was slandering his dealership and causing a nuisance, I said no these people asked me a question. He said "I've been behaving like a gentleman, you need to act like a lady" Mind you I wasn't screaming, I wasn't yelling I didn't even raise my voice, but I was being threatened with arrest. Finally we got our down payment back and left the dealership with out any further hassle...or so I thought. A couple days later I got a voice mail from the dealership while at work, the gentleman Kai was very professional until he THOUGHT he had hung up the phone, he refers to us as the "f*cking pain in the *ss couple, pulling a whole bunch of *ullshi* he then repeats the fact that he wants another job" In the end we were able to get the same car in a better color with 20,000 less miles, same price, lower interest rate, and a warranty at a different dealership. The worst car dealership!!!!!! DO NOT go there to buy a vehicle. We were give then run around too many times, and dealt with 4 different people, in a 4 hour time period. While a salesman moved one of their vehicle. We were give then run around too many times, and dealt with 4 different people, in a 4 hour time period. While a salesman moved one of their cars, he hit the front of our car! They did a horrible job compensating us for this. I can't believe they are still in business. CHOPPER sucks! Do not go! The salesman did not even know that names of the cars, and could not remember anything that we wanted or said. We tried to leave many times, asking them to fix the dent in our car, but refused many times. They have absolutely no customer service and could careless about their customers! Please DO NOT waste your time going here. More
Make sure that when you go in with a coupon that the price ON the coupon is the price you will be charged!!! Ask first, and if they tack on $$$ to the coupon price, do yourself, and everyone else a favo price ON the coupon is the price you will be charged!!! Ask first, and if they tack on $$$ to the coupon price, do yourself, and everyone else a favor, & leave!!! I believe that most of the reviews that I have read from THREE different review sites are absolutely on the mark. The highest rating of the 3 sites is a 2.5. This one is a 1.8. Do the math, & do....... DUE DILIGENCE FOLKS!!!!!!!! More

What a rip off! Had to get a part replaced in my Magnum and they charged me $126.00!!! I could find the part on-line at several different places for $55! Then they charged me $110 an hour for repairs! I ne and they charged me $126.00!!! I could find the part on-line at several different places for $55! Then they charged me $110 an hour for repairs! I never paid any mechanic in California that much! Not even on my BMW! It cost $550 to fix something that most mechanics said would take less than an hour. And the only reason I had to go to Dodge was because they where the only ones that could reset the computer in the car! Thanks Towbin! Just because a few Dodge Dealerships closed I guess you can rip people off because you think you are the only one in town! Intergrity never charged me this much!!!! And I will never buy a Dodge again just because I don't want to deal with you people! Love my Magnum, hate Towbin Dodge! More
I was very impressed by the quality of the people I delt with at this dealership. Everyone I was involved with was very courteous, frendly, and professional. I had specific new vehicle wants, and Tobin Dod with at this dealership. Everyone I was involved with was very courteous, frendly, and professional. I had specific new vehicle wants, and Tobin Dodge and it's employees went out of their way to meet my needs...they scoured the nation for what I wanted, found it, and quickly delivered it, and at a great price....no haggles involved... Florence Romero, my sales lady, was outstanding, and their finance person, Ahmed, was also a pleasure to deal/work with. I was never preasured in any way to do or buy anything, and any promisies made, by Tobin Dodge to me, were honored and met. I can whole heartedly recommend these people and this dealership based on my new purchase experiance...Even today, well after the sale, They still quickly respond to my questions or any needs that I have had. I did not have a wonderful experiance with my first visit to their service dept. for my first oil change, however. The service tech., apparently spilled some oil on my engine, and, did not bother to clean it up, so when I got home, oil was dripping all over my driveway, and my new truck smelled like burning oil inside, until I cleaned the engine myself...Pretty sloppy work! I did contact their service manager, and he agreed that this should have been addressed, and offered to do what ever he could to rectify the situation...He had a good attitude, and I hope my next service visit will be better... also Mike in the Parts Dept., has been very helpful, and goes the extra mile to help....Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership....
