Okay, so after a very poor experience in buying my Dodge 1500 BigHorn, I had a few issues that sales promised would get fixed. I was worried I would have a poor experience in service too. But on the contrary, Rick Walters in service was just the OPOSIT. I explained to Rick some of the promises sales gave me… of course the promises weren’t very accurate… but Rick assured me that he would take care of it… and taking care of it he did. He was able to address all of the issues and take care of my concerns. This is the first time the quality of customer service was above and beyond what should be expected from a dealership. I hope they keep Rick around for many more years… because he is the ONLY person I trust with my truck. Thank you Rick Walters. More
I've been to several dealers in town and when I finally decided to come to Towbin I got the best customer experience I've ever had. In the last 5 years that I've been in Las Vegas I've had 3 different car decided to come to Towbin I got the best customer experience I've ever had. In the last 5 years that I've been in Las Vegas I've had 3 different cars but after my current purchase with Towbin Dodge I don't think I'll need to find another dealer to do business with. I would defiantly recommend this dearship to anyone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Prim got me the best deal possible and I found it as a win win and walked away extremely happy with the deal I made with this dealership. Lois made the experience even better with making sure everything went thru smooth, without her help I don't think my experience would of been as pleasant as it was. I am glad I went to Towbin Dodge to trade in my old Ford Ranger. Right away, when my Mom and I walked up to the dealership, sales-person Emal greeted us by introducing himself with a handshake and asking Ranger. I immediately told him ALL my information-lol-(in other words I was thinking to myself" This is what I have to work with-if this is a terrible experience or long and grueling then I'll just leave) He took us inside where we could sit in the stylish,fun lobby complete with the Blue Genie booth for kids ( The Blue Genie is one of the main sales managers behind the scene who helps coordinate the team) Emal was polite and filled out the paperwork FOR me to get things going. Sales-person named T Lim was helping Emal learn the ropes and was very FUNNY-cracking small little jokes to ease the tension of whatever news he might would be getting back from the banks,etc..makes the negotiating process enjoyable. My Mom and I enjoyed the nice cool lobby,chatting, drinking coffee and soda watching the Chopper video playing behind the beautiful Dodge Rams in the showroom floor while these two and Steve Mcintosh were going to bat for us in the back with the banks. To make a long story short: Towbin paid off my existing car loan,accepted my old trade in,hooked me up with a Cherry Red Dodge Nitro with leather seats,6 disc cd changer,sunroof....a hairdryder outlet in the back-haha. To put the icing on the cake, Steve Mcintosh also wrote up a contract for me in which I have Gap Insurance,Roadside assistance;basically all I have to do this summer is get in and drive-what a relief! Upon presenting me with the keys, Lois was knowledgeable about the vehicles features but since I was short on time before work-she was accommodating and offered her further assistance at my convenience. Towbin has nice people working for them from the Grande Heffe on down... It was a pleasant experience and I can truly say even if Steve,Emal and T hadn't worked out something for me, I still would not have regretted visiting their dealership because they weren't snobby and they did treat me with respect!!! More

I highly recommend this dealership! I bought a brand new Challenger; got it home and a short while later realized I hated the color Hemi-Orange (even though everyone else seems to love it). The GM Scott Stephens went out of his way to assist me in trading the vehicle back in and acquiring the color I wanted. I just went through a Bankruptcy and I was lucky to get the loan on the orange vehicle; however, getting a new loan within thirty days of the first seemed impossible. I really didn’t think it would happen, but this guy went out of his way to help me. He never talked to me in a way that I didn’t believe what he was telling me. It took about sixty days and Scott even sent me a text everyone once in a while indicating he was “still working on getting it changed out." The dealership didn’t have to do anything for me. Even the sales person Sunny went out of her way. She told me the owner "Chopper" said he was going to make the trade happen. They did! (And they didn’t have to). Everyone involved in both deals were Gary, Andy Dario, Sal and Krissey in Customer Service. I'm telling you, these people are committed to a win/win deal. More

I actually went in for an oil change for my 2009 Charger and was looking at the new Challenger's. Travis came and was so nice and knowledgable that we ended up buying my dream car when I thought I couldn't. and was looking at the new Challenger's. I like Towbin Dodge because my husband bought his truck last year there. I bought my Charger at Chapmon Dodge and I will never go back there again. Joe the finance guy was awesome as well. Krissey gave the the tour of my car and was absolute faboulous! The only problem I did expierence was when I was walking around the car with Krissey and Travis we had noticed that they never dried off the car from the car wash so there was tons of water spots and there were several scratches on the car. Travis said don't worry just bring it back and he will have them buff it out. That and only that was the only problem! Thanks Towbin Dodge for another wonderful Experience again!!!! More

We picked out the car that we wanted (located at their other dealer in the valley: Prestige) and asked him to run numbers for us. It was the last business day of the month (4/30/2011) so it was the last day for factory and dealer incentives available that we wanted to take advantage of. We completed a credit application which allowed the dealer to run our credit and determine where we stood with financing. I was very clear with them that I had a short sale on my record which was recently settled and that the car would most likely have to go in my wife's name and we would use my income to co-sign with. In light of that information and based on our scores, we negotiated an excellent deal with T, Prem (aka “Blue Genie”) and the rest of the sales management team. We were so very excited. Scott Stephens and Prem were both very willing to work with us when we had some issues come up with the bank while finalizing everything that caused some increases with the monthly payments. When it was all said and done, they provided us with an absolute steal of a deal! During the delivery of the car, Krissey McGee was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that we were taken care of, and understood how everything worked on the car. Now we are the proud owners of a 2011 Dodge Journey R/T ... we couldn't be happier! Thank you Towbin Dodge!
