I bought a pre-owned Chrysler Seabring in August 2010. Purchased the added care, essential care, and ultimate protection warranty plans for a total of $3000. Included in the plan was $20 off on oil/filter changes. The last two oil changes they charged me full price. On Jan 21, 2012, I took it in specifically for the 45K mile inspection. I told Rick Walters I wanted the previous oil change charges taken out of my 45K bill and for him to not charge me the full price on oil changes again. Also told Rick the battery might need to be replaced as it goes dead after short periods with the key/radio on. Rick had a throttle body on his desk which he used to up-sell the 45K inspection and squeeze more money out of me. Checked the car in at 7:45 am and Rick told me it would be around 3 hours so I decided to wait. Also important to note that Rick never gave me any prices for such things as checking the battery or cleaning the throttle body. After 3 hours, still no word from Rick. Finally, close to 4 hours, Rick calls me up and basically tells me that they looked at everything and they are NOW going to get started on the work. Biting my lip, I ask him how long is this going to take, another 4 hours? He replies No, it shouldn't take that long, an hour, hour and a half if that. So again, I stay there and wait. Guess what time I got my car back? 3:40 pm! Unbelievable! And in reviewing my invoice, they had ONE PERSON working on my car the whole time! And that's not all. My bill was over 600 bucks! I paid $120 for them to TEST the battery and find out it had two bad cells. Freakin' geniuses! So they replace the battery and charge me another 132 BUCKS! The cleaning of the throttle body cost me 184 BUCKS! So what the hell is a 45K inspection for anyway!? Needless to say, I am extremely irate with these jokers! In my opinion, Rick Walters is a snake. When I spoke to Oscar Palma (Service Manager) about my wait time, Rick told Oscar that I had told him to tell the mechanics to take their time which is total BS! Like I said, I bought this car just over a year ago and I have credit in the high 700's. Sunny, hooked me up with a 10%!!! APR!!!? Another snake in the grass perhaps! Just bought another car this month (Feb 2012) from A Toyota company and got a great deal, under 5% APR. Toyota asked me how come they (Towbin) gave me such a bad deal (10% APR) when I have good credit. It's obvious that Towbin is just a bunch of rip-off artists. Anyhow, after all that, and a bill of over 600 bucks, they never even performed a 45K inspection and they still charged me for the oil change! Advice to prospective buyers and customers: Run! And if you really have to deal with Rick Walters and their service department, ask a bunch of questions and have everything itemized and explained to you before they rip you off with things you don't really need! More
On 01/03/2011 I purchased my 3rd brand new Dodge from this dealership and once again I had an overall amazing experience. The New Car Manager Rennie Roopchand was phenomenal and so was my sales person Mr this dealership and once again I had an overall amazing experience. The New Car Manager Rennie Roopchand was phenomenal and so was my sales person Mr. Marcus Rice. They both went above and beyond for me, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better or a better deal! My experience with dealing with Rennie Roopchand , Marcus Rice, and this dealership was so great that I returned a week later and purchased another Dodge for my girlfriend. I will never purchase or deal with another dealership besides Towbin Dodge. I want to say special thanks to the dealership, Rennie Roopchand, and to Marcus Rice. You guys are number one for a reason. More
On 1/21/2012 my wife and I purchased our second vehichle from Towbin Dodge and Rennie. The treatment we received was outstanding! I am a very cautious person and like to look over every detail, not once did from Towbin Dodge and Rennie. The treatment we received was outstanding! I am a very cautious person and like to look over every detail, not once did Rennie make me feel rushed or like he had to move on to the next deal. Rennie answered every question in detail that I had with patience, kindness, and details and didn't move on until I was comfortable. My credit is a little below average and Rennie went above and beyond to get me the best options available. The service, the treatment, and overall experience was more than I had ever expected. This is truly a great dealership with great people working for it. More
Went in and got a great deal on 2012 Ram 1500 Truck. Jimmy Johnson was friendly and made sure I got the exact truck I wanted and worked really hard to make sure I got the right deal. I recently bought a new 2011 Dodge Ram Bighorn. The salesman, Gary Lyons, did a good job, but I really didn't like the fact that I was not encouraged to walk the lot and see their inventory. Instead, Gary brought out what he wanted me to see/buy. Good thing I knew what I wanted!! The thing that has upset me the most was what (has) happened *after* the sale. Gary seemed more concerned with his next sale than he was making sure the truck I bought was delivered to me properly. I needed running boards and a bed liner. The running boards were put on the day of the sale, but I ended up waiting a total of 3.5 hours to take the truck home after the sale. When they brought the truck out, it was dirty and still had the window decals all over it. I had to take those off myself. The customer service agent (not Whisper), told me that "they washed the wrong truck. We're so sorry.". At that point, I had been at the dealership for nearly 8 hours and my pain meds had worn off (I am a disabled Vet and I have prosthetic knees). It also took them nearly another hour to put gas in the truck. In the meantime, they had sold my trade in, which was fully detailed/clean (by me, before the trade), and even allowed a prospective buyer test drive MY truck with my personal possessions in bags in the bed of the truck. I also needed a bedliner, which we included in the sale, and that was not in stock. To this day, a month later, I still don't have a bed liner and I've had to keep after these people to put one in. They made an appointment for me to get this installed without checking with the parts people and I drove 30 miles to the dealership on one of my precious days off, only to find that the bedliners they had had been damaged in shipping and no one called me to tell me this. I am regretting ever buying my truck from Towbin Dodge. They are way too far out of the way for me and their service after the sale is simply horrid!! This entire buying experience has shown me that, next time, I will make my purchase from Chapman, or another Dodge dealer, and I refuse to let them give me this same kind of run around. Towbin wants to get your money, and as soon as they do, they want you to go away and not bother them with their service obligations or what they promised *before* the sale, and was included BY CONTRACT in the sale. NEVER AGAIN TOWBIN DODGE!!! More

Okay, so after a very poor experience in buying my Dodge 1500 BigHorn, I had a few issues that sales promised would get fixed. I was worried I would have a poor experience in service too. But on the contrary, Rick Walters in service was just the OPOSIT. I explained to Rick some of the promises sales gave me… of course the promises weren’t very accurate… but Rick assured me that he would take care of it… and taking care of it he did. He was able to address all of the issues and take care of my concerns. This is the first time the quality of customer service was above and beyond what should be expected from a dealership. I hope they keep Rick around for many more years… because he is the ONLY person I trust with my truck. Thank you Rick Walters. More

In the last 5 years that I've been in Las Vegas I've had 3 different cars but after my current purchase with Towbin Dodge I don't think I'll need to find another dealer to do business with. I would defiantly recommend this dearship to anyone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Prim got me the best deal possible and I found it as a win win and walked away extremely happy with the deal I made with this dealership. Lois made the experience even better with making sure everything went thru smooth, without her help I don't think my experience would of been as pleasant as it was. I am glad I went to Towbin Dodge to trade in my old Ford Ranger. Right away, when my Mom and I walked up to the dealership, sales-person Emal greeted us by introducing himself with a handshake and asking Ranger. I immediately told him ALL my information-lol-(in other words I was thinking to myself" This is what I have to work with-if this is a terrible experience or long and grueling then I'll just leave) He took us inside where we could sit in the stylish,fun lobby complete with the Blue Genie booth for kids ( The Blue Genie is one of the main sales managers behind the scene who helps coordinate the team) Emal was polite and filled out the paperwork FOR me to get things going. Sales-person named T Lim was helping Emal learn the ropes and was very FUNNY-cracking small little jokes to ease the tension of whatever news he might would be getting back from the banks,etc..makes the negotiating process enjoyable. My Mom and I enjoyed the nice cool lobby,chatting, drinking coffee and soda watching the Chopper video playing behind the beautiful Dodge Rams in the showroom floor while these two and Steve Mcintosh were going to bat for us in the back with the banks. To make a long story short: Towbin paid off my existing car loan,accepted my old trade in,hooked me up with a Cherry Red Dodge Nitro with leather seats,6 disc cd changer,sunroof....a hairdryder outlet in the back-haha. To put the icing on the cake, Steve Mcintosh also wrote up a contract for me in which I have Gap Insurance,Roadside assistance;basically all I have to do this summer is get in and drive-what a relief! Upon presenting me with the keys, Lois was knowledgeable about the vehicles features but since I was short on time before work-she was accommodating and offered her further assistance at my convenience. Towbin has nice people working for them from the Grande Heffe on down... It was a pleasant experience and I can truly say even if Steve,Emal and T hadn't worked out something for me, I still would not have regretted visiting their dealership because they weren't snobby and they did treat me with respect!!! More
