Sunny is wonderful!!!!! I had an 8:30am appointment with her to come and look and used cars. My clunker was giving me problems and it shut off on me on the way to the dealership. I called Sunny and explained my situation and she said she would come and get me. Now I've had a few cars and different experiences at the different dealerships but I've never had a sales person offer to come and get me. That made me beyond happy! She was very patient on her way to get me and even with getting lost she called and sounded like she was smiling. Once she arrived she met my dog Maxx and insisted that he come along. Now Maxx goes practically everywhere with me; even to work. I wasn't going to risk taking him but Sunny welcomed both us in the car. When we arrived at the dealership she immediately begin working. Because my old car was literally a piece of junk I needed to get a new car for financing to work. I will admit when I saw the monthly payments I had a mild stroke but after giving it a few minutes thought it wasn't bad at all. I didn't have a lot to put down and they all worked with me on that also. The upsides, I got rid of my old car, that car is now paid off, I have a brand new, reliable and pretty car. I don't have to worry if we are going to make it work or if it's going to shut down at a stop light. Yes I have to pay a bit extra but.... Well there are no buts. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Thank you Sunny - you are a great person! Thank you Steve - you are the man! Thanks Towbin Dodge for letting Maxx my dog in. More

I looked up a vehicle on Truecar.com. To my surprise I saw a really good deal on a '10 Chevy Equinox. Scott called me in 30 minutes! I thought it would take a few days to get a call. I packed up my 2 year old and went to The Henderson Auto Mall. First stop was Towbin Dodge. I had a few other stops on my list, but after looking at the car and seeing the shape it was in, I knew it was mine. Scott was not pushy at all. He even let me take the car to my wife's workplace to show it off and to get... approval. When I returned I told him lets write it up. Scott directed me to the lounge area to watch Men in Black, child play area or even around the show room to kill time. This was my third vehicle purchase. First used purchase. And I could not be happier with the NEW car and the Top-notch service from Scott and his crew down at Towbin Dodge. No wonder why they are #1 for a reason. I scheduled an appointment to go test drive the selected vehicle. Scott met me promptly, pleasantly, and very professionally. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. The Finance Manager came and met with me to determine what we wanted to do regarding finacing the vehicle, down payment, extended warranty, etc. Scott took the vehicle to get it detailed and gassed. He assisted me with getting my gear transfered, made a follow-up appointment for me to bring the vehicle back sto get some accessory items installed, and advised if there was anything he could do or any questions he could help me with to please call him. I hate going through the car buying process. Scott and the Towbin Dodge staff made the process as easy as possible. More

We inquired online to test drive a 2009 Mini Cooper. I was contacted by Scott Richard and went in the following day (June 9, 2012). With our guards up, we got to the dealership, asked for Scott. We weren't planning on buying a car yesterday, we were in the first phase of seeing if the Mini was the right car for me. But after test driving it I knew I wanted that car and I wouldn't have bought it from anyone other than Scott. He is good at what he does, we felt great through the whole process and he was the same cordial, friendly awesome guy even after he made his sale. I have purchased two cars from Towbin as well recommended several friends and associates to buy from them as well. I still remember when I purchased my 2010 Challenger R/T, it was one of the most exhilaratin several friends and associates to buy from them as well. I was blown away because my credit was still being rebuilt and after a long day of Towbin going to bat for me, The Chopper himself walked up to my sales team and made sure the deal happened. A year later I traded in my dream car for a 2012 Dodge Durango SXT because I had a baby on the way. Again, my experience was extremely pleasant and Towbin had kindly rewarded my loyalty by "chopping" the price down. Despite all of these great experiences, problems occur from time to time. It wasn't a big problem, but it was very important to me. On 06/08/12 I walked into the dealership to discuss the matter and was warmly received by the receptionist. I explained to her what had happened and I was relieved when she empathized with me and directed me to Steve McIntosh. Steve was extremely professional in his demeanor and immediately got to work on handling the situation. What I thought would take hours was handled in a matter of minutes. Steve did not blow me off or pass the buck. He empathized with me and reassured me that the situation was under control. I sincerely believe that this encounter at the dealership has solidified my loyalty to the dealership. My fiancé is getting ready to trade her car in next month and we have both agreed we will do so at Towbin. And we also found a happy medium, next year I'm trading my Durango in for a SRT8 Charger, so I can still have fun in my car while being a father.
