We have purchased several vehicles from the Reber Team in the past few years. They have always treated us with great respect. There is always a warm friendly smile to greet us. On our way down to Las Vegas to pick it up, we received a phone call that our son had broken down and was stranded alongside the road just outside of Overton on I15. Hearing this, Kathy offered to get a tow truck on the road asap. As a mom, her support was very comforting at a stressful time. When I take a vehicle in for service, Scott always comes out in the waiting room to see if I need anything. Yesterday, Tony delivered another vehicle to us. I believe this is the 3rd one that he has delivered. Everything is always neat and clean, in order, and ready to go. He is always prompt, friendly, and professional. He gives us a call ahead of time to make sure we can still meet him at the scheduled time. I have been very impressed with the friendly, professional service from the Reber Team and from Towbin Dodge. When we need to purchase a truck for our business, we always call Scott first. We know and trust that he and his team will do everything possible to ensure a great experience. More

I thought I would have to pay for a brake job, but they advised me the noise I heard coming from the wheels was a normal sound and would eventually go away. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed a possible future problem with my battery. Greg advised me they could service it or replace it. I opted to replace it. The ABSOLUTE worst car shopping experience I have ever had!!! I’m new to the Las Vegas area and even though there is public transportation you still need a car for those late nights out on the town and had!!! Since I arrived I have been hearing about towbin dodge in the valley auto mall and how they are the volume dealer in the country no no I think the claim is the world. Well I figured I would go check them out and get myself into a vehicle. I looked at the web site for available cars and spotted on that would fit my needs perfectly. I placed a phone call to the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall), told them the car I was interested in, told them how much I want to put down, and the range I would like to spend for a monthly payment. I was told “no problems come down today and we will have you in a vehicle tonight” (exact words). I told the person I could not do that I had to work and would be in on the weekend. Figuring that since I was told I would be able to get into a car the same day; what better day to get into a car then the weekend???? Saturday morning I arrive at the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall) and ask for the person I spoke to on the phone. I called the dealership before I arrive to let them know I was on the way. Did not expect to be greeted by a marching band or party balloons but I try to be courteous and professional when it comes to business and respectful of ones time. I was told “great we have your car waiting for you; and are waiting to get you in it” (exact words). I arrive at the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall) and its busy no one on the lot looking at cars very interesting. I go inside and there is a sea of people all sitting at tables. I go to the reception desk and request to speak with the person I had called earlier (the one with the keys to my car). They came over to me and quickly say me down and one of the tables. Another person came by and introduced himself and I was told they would be helping me get into my car. But first… we need to get some information from you. I paused and said before we begin I would like to see the car and make sure that I can get in it comfortably (I’m 6’6” tall, leg room is an issue in most cars) I was told “no problem you will be able to fit in the car it’s really big” (exact words). Blank stare and pause… They ask for the stock number of the car and proceed to take my information SSN, pay stubs, utility bills, DL, I think the line for blood was too long at the time however I digress. He vanishes for about 25 minutes. Mine you I have not seen the car don’t know if I can fit in it nor do I know if it is even available. They return to the table with another person and begin to ask me questions about my credit history only thing that you would know if you ran my credit report. Wait a minute I have not selected a vehicle, not seen a vehicle, don’t even know if I can fit in the vehicle, have not discussed financing options, nothing. They say ok after he points out my paycheck and says “that’s the big one” (exact words) They return to the table and proceeds to tell me EXACT WORDS “Well we can get you into a car but you will need to give 5 times the amount that you told us” (exact words) “How close can you come to that amount?” Blink Blink… I replied “not any closer then I clearly stated the amount I was able to put down to you when we first sat down and what I told the other person when I spoke to them on the phone” (exact words). Salesmen’s Stare (like that was gonna make me magically pull money from out of… the sky) Closing words thank you for wasting my time and treating me like a number and not a customer. Have a great day. This dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall ) does not know how to handle customers on a customer level they don’t even let you see the vehicle inventory to make a selection that fits you. You are not allowed to leave the chair until they can get you to put down money and agree to terms of a car that you have never seen aside from looking online. Since when did volume mean treating your customers like dollar signs not like customers? This dealership needs to find the balance and learn to treat people with some type of respect. It builds loyalty and repeat business. Overall this was the ABSOLUTE worst car shopping experience I have ever had and will NEVER return to towbin dodge in the valley auto mall again. More

We came into your dealership for service last week...I have tried to rate it 4 times using different computers and internet connections, something may be wrong with the system!...I was so impressed I keep have tried to rate it 4 times using different computers and internet connections, something may be wrong with the system!...I was so impressed I keep trying when we came in to pick up our Dodge Ram 3500 from the service we had questions reguarding the service coverage we purchased from your dealership when we bought it new off your lot at the begining of this year. Service sent up to the finance department, we walked into an office where 2 employees were working and asked our question, Wayne didnt tell us to hold on didnt ask us to wait and he would be right with us, he just helped us, asked the other employee in the office to stop what they were working on and pull up our information and answered and explained to us our service plan, WOW. Then as if that was not enough he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and went to the servise center hiself and corrected the issue we were having DOUBLE WOW!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be back and have already recomended them to all my dodge (and non dodge) owning friends. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! More
I have purchased several vehicles in my life before (this being #7) and these guys by far were my best experience ever! It was simply amazing and easy which is hard to find in a dealership. It was a hot Friday night and they stayed with me past midnight while keeping their cool. My sales person was Manny who was kind, respectful, helpful and listened to my needs without being pushy. He had help from another sales person named David Alfi who also listened to my needs and was very reliable in helping me out. He picked out the right vehicle for me and nailed me with a vehicle I love! In the past I have dealt with rude sales people due to the fact that I am a savy buyer who knows what I want, and these 2 did not faulter one bit. They kept thier composure and did everything they could to satisfy my needs by going above and beyond! Antonio Magana was the internet sales manager who to my surprise honored the internet price and even reduced the price of the vehicle!!! I ended up paying well under suggested kelly blue book value, AMAZING!!! Antonio was also greeted me in the parking lot after I had already sent away 2 other sales people (as I mentioned before, I'm a savy buyer). He was not afraid to take charge and make things happen. I was really happy. Last but not least after making an agreement on the vehicle I was taken to the back where I met Steve McIntosh. And let me tell you something about this man, you will never meet a more happy, talkative, and down to earth finance manager like him! Simply put, my favorite out of the entire bunch and simply amazingly remarkable. He went the extra mile by taking my application to a few other lenders and getting me an interest rate that beat Carmax's offer to me by over 10%!!!!!!! I could not even believe it, this guy actually took the time to HELP ME OUT!!!! All I had to do was ask him and it came very natural to him to see what he can do. He understood my situation with my baby being due within a few weeks and he waived a magic wand and presto!!! So to sumarize this here is what I got - 1. Honored Internet Pricing and an extra price reduction on top of that 2. Better rate than car max by over 10%!!! 3. A vehicle that I am in love with 4. Sunny is wonderful!!!!! I had an 8:30am appointment with her to come and look and used cars. My clunker was giving me problems and it shut off on me on the way to the dealership. I called Sunny and explaine her to come and look and used cars. My clunker was giving me problems and it shut off on me on the way to the dealership. I called Sunny and explained my situation and she said she would come and get me. Now I've had a few cars and different experiences at the different dealerships but I've never had a sales person offer to come and get me. That made me beyond happy! She was very patient on her way to get me and even with getting lost she called and sounded like she was smiling. Once she arrived she met my dog Maxx and insisted that he come along. Now Maxx goes practically everywhere with me; even to work. I wasn't going to risk taking him but Sunny welcomed both us in the car. When we arrived at the dealership she immediately begin working. Because my old car was literally a piece of junk I needed to get a new car for financing to work. I will admit when I saw the monthly payments I had a mild stroke but after giving it a few minutes thought it wasn't bad at all. I didn't have a lot to put down and they all worked with me on that also. The upsides, I got rid of my old car, that car is now paid off, I have a brand new, reliable and pretty car. I don't have to worry if we are going to make it work or if it's going to shut down at a stop light. Yes I have to pay a bit extra but.... Well there are no buts. I looked up a vehicle on Truecar.com. To my surprise I saw a really good deal on a '10 Chevy Equinox. Scott called me in 30 minutes! I thought it would take a few days to get a call. I packed up my 2 year old and went to The Henderson Auto Mall. First stop was Towbin Dodge. I had a few other stops on my list, but after looking at the car and seeing the shape it was in, I knew it was mine. Scott was not pushy at all. He even let me take the car to my wife's workplace to show it off and to get... approval. When I returned I told him lets write it up. Scott directed me to the lounge area to watch Men in Black, child play area or even around the show room to kill time. This was my third vehicle purchase. First used purchase. And I could not be happier with the NEW car and the Top-notch service from Scott and his crew down at Towbin Dodge. No wonder why they are #1 for a reason. I scheduled an appointment to go test drive the selected vehicle. Scott met me promptly, pleasantly, and very professionally. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. The Finance Manager came and met with me to determine what we wanted to do regarding finacing the vehicle, down payment, extended warranty, etc. Scott took the vehicle to get it detailed and gassed. He assisted me with getting my gear transfered, made a follow-up appointment for me to bring the vehicle back sto get some accessory items installed, and advised if there was anything he could do or any questions he could help me with to please call him. I hate going through the car buying process. Scott and the Towbin Dodge staff made the process as easy as possible. More
