Mr. Rosenbaugh was extremely polite, knowledgeable, attentive and diligent with respect to my transaction. I was upside down in my current vehicle and Mr. Rosenbaugh pushed to get me the maximum amount for my trade-in. He made my experience very enjoyable and got me into a brand new Dodge Durango for virtually the same payment as the one I traded in. What a refreshing change, to work with someone like Byron Johnson! In fact, he's the exact opposite of the "stereotypical (aka, horrid) salesman" we've all encountered at some unfortunate time in our lives! Johnson! At Towbin, Byron (and his sales team manager, Jimmy Johnson) first allowed us plenty of space and time to look around with no pressure or hovering over us. Then he patiently answered all our questions, researched optional items, brought vehicles to the front of the lot for us, etc. Once we decided on this gorgeous Fathom Blue Journey Crew model, Byron and Jimmy really went out of their way to make us the deal we wanted! Everyone--including Howard in Finance, JoAnne/Delivery, and Liz who helped to get our green slip--was just great to deal with. The whole experience was such a pleasant surprise! Thomas Kasko was the perfect fit for our search! He was friendly and wiling to go through all inventory, he even drove us (4 persons) around until he find the car that we were looking for. We came into Tobin with the idea of a certain vehicle we wanted to purchase. This was the first dealership we visited and they had one that we test drove. It had a horrible smell inside. Lloyd (and team) tried to convince us to purchase that day; since it was our 1st place we wanted to compare elsewhere. Lloyd assured us they could get rid of the horrible odor. We looked at a few other places and didn't really find what we were looking for. Both my husband and myself went back the next week to 'smell'. The odor appeared to be gone, but my husband was not convinced. We put $ down to hold until the following week; decided to buy conditionally - no odor and fix back seat. We ended up purchasing Tuesday (10/30). Lloyd was very helpful and we feel he went out of his way to make us happy. More

Wow, What a difference filing a complaint on here makes, I didn't believe my friend when she told me. I don't like to complain, but after my experienc the other day with a guy in the service garage I though I didn't believe my friend when she told me. Well, After I sent my complaint, the GSM Scott called me first thing in the am to find out what happen to make my experience bad and he assured me that he would personally handle my car and make sure it was fixed and in a timely manner. He called me several times that day to update me on the progress and he even sent a technician out to my work with my car to try to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. I can't say what the outcome would of been had I not used this site, but the response and service I recieved was excellent. Scott went out of his way to make sure there was no inconvience to me and that my car was fixed. He even gave me his number to call him if I have any problems in the future. Thanks Scott. More

Well, we came to Towbin looking for a minivan. We found an '08 that had been sitting for a little while, and they were ready to deal! We got the van at about 25% off the sticker with a ton of extras, they paid for our initial registration as part of a promotion they were running, and in Nevada the first registration is a doosey! We actually forgot about it, they reminded us and made sure it was all set with DMV. They really took care of us on our lease turn in as well, there was some body damage, fixing that for lease turn-in was part of our deal. We were missing the head phones and remote controls for the entertainment system, they made sure we got them. Then they went out of their way to take care of us on a couple of battery failures, we had an issue that fell outside of the coverage of the extended warranty we bought, I explained that I thought the coverage continued "bumper to bumper", and they went to bat for me and covered the repair. They also provided an enhance extended warranty for a very reasonable price that would help us avoid any future "coverage" issues. These guys sell a lot of cars and truck for a reason, they want to make sure folks are happy when they leave. I look forward to my next vehicle purchase. More

We have purchased several vehicles from the Reber Team in the past few years. They have always treated us with great respect. There is always a warm friendly smile to greet us. Hearing this, Kathy offered to get a tow truck on the road asap. As a mom, her support was very comforting at a stressful time. When I take a vehicle in for service, Scott always comes out in the waiting room to see if I need anything. Yesterday, Tony delivered another vehicle to us. I believe this is the 3rd one that he has delivered. Everything is always neat and clean, in order, and ready to go. He is always prompt, friendly, and professional. He gives us a call ahead of time to make sure we can still meet him at the scheduled time. I have been very impressed with the friendly, professional service from the Reber Team and from Towbin Dodge. When we need to purchase a truck for our business, we always call Scott first. We know and trust that he and his team will do everything possible to ensure a great experience. More

I thought I would have to pay for a brake job, but they advised me the noise I heard coming from the wheels was a normal sound and would eventually go away. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed a possible future problem with my battery. Greg advised me they could service it or replace it. I opted to replace it. I was very pleased with service provided from beginning to end. More
