This was absolutely the best dealer experience of my life!!! After spending 6hrs at one dealer, and having them try to completely screw us, we went to Towbin Dodge. I originally came in with the hopes of buying a Charger but was told that since it's a sport's car my payments would of been a little too much right now which was true. When I arrived John was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. Brought it in for its first Oil change, he said that he would have it out quick and he did. I came in with my son ti buy him his first car. someone made a mistake and has the car we were coming in to see sent over to the sister store almost 20 miles away! As it turned out, this ended up being one of the best used car purchase experiences I have had with a dealer. Lloyd Hicks did a fantastic job and helped iron out a fair deal on a 2006 Kia. In addition, he went over the top by driving me to the airport and back after my son, in his excitement, left for work (at the airport) with my keys in his pocket.This man is amazing. Ask for Lloyd when you come in. He will do you right! More

Went in to have my trucks oil change and tires rotated.
