After being frustrated with another dealership, I decided to go to Tony Autogroup..which is quite a distance from my home, but as a previous customer and I knew they would take care of me. Alissa of Tony G to go to Tony Autogroup..which is quite a distance from my home, but as a previous customer and I knew they would take care of me. Alissa of Tony Group is the best! From initial text and email, Alissa and I were able to discuss asynchronously due to my schedule. During our phone calls, she listened to my needs and wishes, including desired budget…as well as desired make and model. I needed a sales person that would work with me and be patient if I did not respond quickly. After a few days, I was able to come down and meet with her and complete the leasing paperwork for the vehicle and within budget….she even came in on her day off because of my hectic schedule. I am grateful for the Alissa and the Tony Autogroup ‘Ohana for being focused on excellent customer service! I look forward to scheduling service/maintenance, as well as sending friends and family!
