Ever since the first time I came in for service for my VW at Tony VW I’ve been treated with respect and transparency. When my warranty was still valid she helped me get the most out of it, many times going out of her way to make sure I was getting the best service possible at no cost to me. Whereas I would expect a dealership to not tell me certain things to save them money, Wendi was completely transparent with me about how to get the best out of my warranty. Now that my warranty is up she’s made me confident in returning to Tony VW because she truly put me and my vehicle first which is difficult to say about most dealerships or maintenance repair shops.
