I had been waiting a couple of months just to have my car repaired. There were a few glitches like the item I came in for was not repaired but I paid for other service items instead. When I brought the car repaired. There were a few glitches like the item I came in for was not repaired but I paid for other service items instead. When I brought the car in the second time, all the parts needed was not there. The servicing manager was not helpful so I complained to the general service manager who promised me a call and a better service but never heard from him again. When Patti called and understood what happened, she made things right. She double checked that all the parts needed for my repair is ready before she called me. She even went out of her way to deliver the loaner car to my place and picked up my car to be repaired. She had my car washed after the repair and put icing on the cake by having my gas tank filled up for no charge. Tony Nissan, that is service. You are lucky to have Patti on your team. She's a gem.
