This dealership never fails to provide exceptional customer service by friendly staff members. I’m giving them four stars instead of five because I was not satisfied with my last maintenance service. customer service by friendly staff members. I’m giving them four stars instead of five because I was not satisfied with my last maintenance service. They charge me $500 to take care of all the normal things that should be checked and maintained at 30,000 miles. 4 days later my battery failed, a pretty big indicator that they did not take the time to include a proper battery check. My friend gave me a jump and also pointed out that they did not fill my window wiper fluid, a second indicator that the maintenance service was sub par, especially for the high price. More
