We had 2 mechanical lifts at our Express station give us issues, and they have both finished repairs on 8.15.23. My Service Advisor should have reached out to you once it was realized, but failed to do so. I did speak to both advisors who were involved in your transaction and this type of poor service will not happen again. To my understanding, you previously purchased a Tony Care Maintenance package. In our commitment to making this right, we will NOT be counting your recent service against it. Please feel free to reach out to me and I’ll make a notation on your vehicle in our system. Due to construction a bit confusing, the wait a little long 2 hours. Appointment was 7:30 am paid and left at 9:30 am. Accomplished a vehicle inspection but my left reverse light was still out. More
