They trying to fix my airbag sensor so i bought the parts to them and they told me that it only takes a week for the parts to came in but its more than 3 months and i never heard from them. Then i called the to them and they told me that it only takes a week for the parts to came in but its more than 3 months and i never heard from them. Then i called the parts department and they said they will check in the warehouse if the parts is in there but they never called me back again. Im so dissapointed on this service. Never heard anything to my advisor. More

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the dealership was unable to determine the cause of a couple of irritating alarm issues. 1. The security alarm randomly beep 3 Unfortunately, the dealership was unable to determine the cause of a couple of irritating alarm issues. 1. The security alarm randomly beep 3 times (twice) when I'm setting the alarm. 2. When driving, what sounds like a lane change alarm will randomly sound off when there's no one around me.......the roadway is completely cleared and there'sno indicator lights activated. I find it hard to believe that this is an isolated situation. I believe that Nissan should have this defect registered in their data base. Why I need to continually bring it in for the same repair seems unreasonable. More
