Went in for a State Inspection and was told it failed due to tires being too worn and tinting numbers too low (27-28). Next day, visited Tinting company and they verified several times, the tinting is at 30 to tires being too worn and tinting numbers too low (27-28). Next day, visited Tinting company and they verified several times, the tinting is at 30 (appropriate level). Went to tire shop and asked if my tires needed replacing, response was not today, a few more months at the least. Today, went to yet another State Inspection service and my vehicle passed - both the tires and the tinting! The Tony Nissan service advisor advised me to purchase a new set of tires, gave me a "promotion discount' and wrote my tires were almost 10 years old. FACT: I purchased that identical vehicle FROM Tony Nissan 7 1/2 years ago brand new! And for the past 4 years Tony Nissan passed my vehicle's state inspection. I feel I was being pressured to purchase tires!. I went back and shared my experience with the Assistant Service Manager - he simply stated their workmanship and testing is backed by the state, and they stand behind their results. I will no longer purchase nor service my vehicle with Tony Nissan More
