Louis was friendly and gave us a chance to drive a new Leaf with no sales pressure. I wanted to check on some associated costs such as ev charger etc., he gave me a reference. This was a very good buying experience. My initial visit was only for questions and when I returned the following day I wanted to see what was available. Rodney didn't know me from Adam but took time to answer any question in detail and more than that - he paid attention to the question itself. We never had to cover the same topic twice and if we covered a 'deal-breaker' (I.E. no light interior) he would skip over any car that wasn't right. I greatly appreciated the effeciancy of not being walked through the "Well what about this one, or this one..." routine. Plus, when he saw that the models at the dealership were not quite right, he took me to the over-flow lot where I found the perfect one. Through it all, Rodney was warm and polite which made me very comfortable and explains why this dealership has a great reputation. Before going to the dealership I was completely ready to 'play the game.' Guard up, don't get suckered into looking at a bigger model or talked out of what I want. I was prepared for nothing. Tony Nissan is a straight up dealership and Rodney is a stand up guy. More
This dealership did not give off the cliche "sleazy take you for all you have" sort of place. The facility was clean and spacious and while waiting my husband and I were offered every courtesy. He was friendly, helpful, and informational about the vehicle we eventually bought. The overall service was not very timely, but it was understandable as the dealership was very crowded and it is the car buying season (before year's end). The selling price of the car was phenomenal but the extra $600+ in dealer fees seemed excessive. More

Louie Boria is a very good sales consultant! He is very professional, communicates well, and has an uplifting personality that is easy to work with. Louie helped me work out a price for the car that I was comfortable and satisfied with. He was very patient with me when filling out paper work. He stayed passed his work hours to make sure everything was completed. When I picked up my car, he had the car ready to go. Again, he explained and went over the functions of the car and even remembered and programmed the radio station I like to listen to! I will definitely see him again, if I or my family decide to purchase another Nissan. I will also refer people to him if they are looking for a Nissan. James Kawata is very easy to work with. Although it was late, passed closing time and experienced a little technical problems. He was committed to process our paper work and he did! He did explain the warranty services and I was able to choose what I needed. Informed me of the financial payment option of automatic deduction and was pleased to enroll in it. i recently purchased a used 2011 jeep liberty that i am very happy with. i was able to get the sticker price down about 2,500$ which i was very excited about! unfortunately later i looked online and realiz very happy with. i was able to get the sticker price down about 2,500$ which i was very excited about! unfortunately later i looked online and realized what i paid was only 500$ under the internet price. at least i didnt pay more i am happy with my vehicle so the price being higher than what it should be is very minimal. I also did have a slight problem with my warranty though. i was told it only came with a small warranty left from manfuactor so i opted to buy the extended one. i later called jeep and found out i still had a 5yr/100k mile warranty left. luckily i was able to go to the dealership and cancel the warranty. this made me happy. the company even called to make sure things were settled and offered a free car wash which is nice but im still out 500$ between the warranty document fees and the taxes on the warranty itself :( you win some you lose some! i am happy with my vehicle and the company was able to resolve all issues. i would have had concerns if the company would not let me cancel the warranty. i am happy everything that worked out and this would not stop me from purchasing a vehicle here in the future. in fact i do plan on bringing in some friends to purchase their vehicles as well. great customer service and super helpful with anything you might need ! Louis provided Truly Exceptional service from the moment we drove in the lot. Louis was very warm & helpful, and did not pressure us at any point during our visit. Because he understood how important a new car sale is for a family, he was very patient with us as we took our time in discussing all of our options. We had already established contact and an appointment to visit New City Nissan in town, but we wanted to give Tony Nissan a chance since it was close to home. Although we already had plans, there were two main points that ended up redirecting our business to Tony Nissan. First, Louis' local style (yet professional) personality was very easy to relate to, so much so that we quickly forgot he was a salesman, and saw him more as a friend. Come to find out, he's our neighbor in our community! His likeable persona is unteachable, and this separated himself & Tony Nissan from the other competitors because it was the first time in our "car hunt" that I didn't feel like someone was out to get our sale. Second, the product (Nissan Rogue) was a great crossover car that met all of our needs for us as a young couple who are thinking about our future, and wanting to have space for our future kids. As great as the Rogue was, the car was a bit out of our price range. New City Nissan was able to offer us a deal over the phone that would lower the price of the car within our price range, which was why we had planned to purchase our car from them in the first place. Having explained our situation & proposed deal to Louis at Tony Nissan, he worked with his management/financial team to price match what the competitors were offering! This deal saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! The price matching, along with the truly exceptional, no-hassle service that Louis and the Tony Nissan team provided, were the deal-breakers in giving our business to our hometown dealership! To prove even further how great Louis has been for us - two weeks after our purchase, when our license plates were ready to be picked up, he drove to our home to install the plates for us!
