We had already established contact and an appointment to visit New City Nissan in town, but we wanted to give Tony Nissan a chance since it was close to home. Although we already had plans, there were two main points that ended up redirecting our business to Tony Nissan. First, Louis' local style (yet professional) personality was very easy to relate to, so much so that we quickly forgot he was a salesman, and saw him more as a friend. Come to find out, he's our neighbor in our community! His likeable persona is unteachable, and this separated himself & Tony Nissan from the other competitors because it was the first time in our "car hunt" that I didn't feel like someone was out to get our sale. Second, the product (Nissan Rogue) was a great crossover car that met all of our needs for us as a young couple who are thinking about our future, and wanting to have space for our future kids. As great as the Rogue was, the car was a bit out of our price range. New City Nissan was able to offer us a deal over the phone that would lower the price of the car within our price range, which was why we had planned to purchase our car from them in the first place. Having explained our situation & proposed deal to Louis at Tony Nissan, he worked with his management/financial team to price match what the competitors were offering! This deal saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! The price matching, along with the truly exceptional, no-hassle service that Louis and the Tony Nissan team provided, were the deal-breakers in giving our business to our hometown dealership! To prove even further how great Louis has been for us - two weeks after our purchase, when our license plates were ready to be picked up, he drove to our home to install the plates for us! My overall experience was at Tony Nissan was very good. The interaction of my salesperson, Mr. Louie Boria, was excellent. He made sure that I felt comfortable in the purchase of my new Pathfinder. He did not try to pressure me into making the purchase. He also showed that he was knowledgeable in the operation of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. After leaving the lot i discovered a piece missing from the liner inside of the vehicle. When i contacted Mr. Boria, he went out of his way to get the part from the parts dept. and have it replaced without delay. Since the sale of my vehicle, he has consistently phone me to see how things are going and to remind me that he is there if I have any queations or problems. As for the quality of work I gave a GOOD rating as I have brought my vehicle in for minor problems and once it was determined that they could not find a problem yet it still existed. Since it was a minor problem about an unusual odor within the vehicle i did not pursue the matter any further. On another occassion I brought my vehicle in and it was determined that the temperature sensor was faulty and they had replaced it. After a week or so the tempurate readings were still inaccurate. I have not gone back to have it checked again as i am without my car for the whole day. I still have recommended my friends and family to see Mr. Boria because I know he will give them great service. Several of my referrals have said many positive comments about Mr. Boria. Keep it up! More
