My husband and I had visited another Nissan dealership earlier that day and we had such a bad experience with the sales rep there, that when my husband had suggested stopping by Tony Nissan "to look", I w earlier that day and we had such a bad experience with the sales rep there, that when my husband had suggested stopping by Tony Nissan "to look", I was very hesitant and more than a bit annoyed. I felt like I had all the lies, trickery, double talk and poor treatment that I could handle for the day. I was very skeptical of actually finding something, and very much doubtful that I would even feel comfortable enough to trust another salesperson enough to want to deal with them. Upon getting to Tony Nissan, we told the attendant at the entrance that we "just wanted to look" at the Nissan models on the lot. As soon as we parked we were greeted by Vincent Wong. Within the first few minutes, my husband and I could tell that he was going to be a lot different than the sales person at the other dealership. His approach and his mannerisms were so welcoming, open, honest and friendly that it immediately put us at ease. By the time he started to actually show us the cars, my mood and excitement were completely restored, and I felt eager to look for something again. We felt very comfortable talking to him and expressing our wants and our concerns. It was very clear from the beginning that he was truly LISTENING to us and WORKING WITH US to find the perfect vehicle. We never once felt like he was tricking us or trying to get more money out of us. He was very patient in dealing with all of our many questions and concerns, taking the time to fully explain everything so that we fully understood everything that was going on. I appreciated that so much. During the paperwork process, we also met and worked with Malia and Darren. They also were very warm and welcoming, and both were very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. After we left with our Versa that day, that wasn't the end of our contact with them. The follow up was excellent. Malia called to follow up with us on a tinting issue on my husband's Nissan. It had nothing to do with our purchase that day, but the fact that she took the initiative to do that for us, and to ensure that we were taken care of in regards to something we had just mentioned in conversation - that just proved to us the lengths that Tony Nissan will go to truly take care of their customers. Truly amazing. In addition to that, Vincent called about once a week to follow up and make sure that we were enjoying our new vehicle and that we weren't having any problems with anything. Darren had also followed up with us to let us know that the bank funding our loan had changed due to the fact that we were financing a very small amount. It was so nice working with people who we knew would keep us informed of any changes instead of letting us find out on our own. Overall our whole experience has been incredible. They made it fun and exciting and so comfortable to go through every step of the whole car buying process. I would recommend Tony Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. And my husband and I know without a doubt that the next time we want to look for a vehicle, Tony Nissan will be the FIRST place we come to! Thank you so much for turning such an ugly situation for me into something enjoyable (the way I feel it should be)!!! More

Had to get my belts replaced after a botched earlier installation. I took it in several times before, and they failed to fix the squealing noise. Now they say my belts are noticeably glazed and need t installation. I took it in several times before, and they failed to fix the squealing noise. Now they say my belts are noticeably glazed and need to be replaced. They charged me again for this job even though they screwed it up the first time. All they could get me was a 10 percent discount. I will think twice before taking my car in for servicing here again. More

Cal was very friendly and professional, from driving me to another lot to get the specific model I wanted, with all asp accommodating, in every way.
