I was able to look around under no pressure and I did find a vehicle that I was interested in, I came up to him and we went from there...he listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. The sale was very straight forward and easy. I felt very comfortable, at ease and confident that we could do business together. He pulled up EVERY car on his computer that met my standards and then took the time to show my husband and I each one that I selected (there were, like, thirty and a lot of them were the exact same car in different colors). My husband and I are a pretty young couple and I didn't feel even once that he was trying to take advantage of us. He guided us through the whole process like a pro, joked with us, and was generally just a great person. I left with the perfect car for me as well as trust and confidence in the dealership itself.
