Both of them took the time to explain the services that would be performed, what to expect, any possible costs, and the time frame that it would take to complete. They even managed to exceed the completion time by finishing the promised work a few days early. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about the services they provide, my vehicle and the warranty. I would not take my GT-R to anyone else. These guys are on it, and Tony Nissan is lucky to have them!!! Keep up the awesome work. More

Mike went out of his way and even helped me to transfer my heaps of junk & treasures from my trade in to my "new" 2016 Rogue! Now THAT is service. :) Mahalo nui loa! My intention was to service my 2013 Nissan Sentra and check out options for an extended contract as mine was expiring soon. At the end of the day I drove home with a 2016 Rogue and I love it! Yes, Jason was helpful, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable - as always! I look forward to continuing to work with Jason when I come in to service my Rogue! Thank you, Angela, for sharing the accessory options that were available to me in a manner that was informational and educational rather than sales driven. Terrible Service We brought in our Nissan Leaf to have the battery replaced. Ryan told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks to come in, so we came in at 8 weeks and he said Oh We brought in our Nissan Leaf to have the battery replaced. Ryan told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks to come in, so we came in at 8 weeks and he said Oh no it takes 10 weeks. 10 weeks came and went and no call. We went in at 14 weeks, Ryan wasn't in, they said he will get back to us next week. Week 15 and nothing. Went back in Ryan wasn't in again, said he will get back to us next week. Finally a call from Ryan he left a message and we couldn't understand what the heck he was saying, so we called him back. never got a call back from him. Week 17 we went again talked to Kurt. Kurt called us back the next week with the problem. Finally week 19 the battery came in and had it replaced. Not even a Sorry for the delay or nothing from Ryan, we even called the service manager and never got a call back. Worst service department ever. Wont go back to Tony group again. More

From the " gitgo" he was very welcoming, very polite and very knowledgeable in all areas. Actually in my opinion Mike went over and above what any customer would expect. I cannot stress the fact that Tony Nissan is extremely fortunate to have a sales representative as perfect as Mike. Sales people like Mike are rare indeed, and believe I rate every shopping experience that I have and my standards are rigorous. I also came into contact with a couple of other people in the showroom, and want to say that they were extremely cordial, polite and very helpful. Good people on that level and in such numbers is a rarity in any business. I commend Tony Honda for employing them, for training them and above all for having them maintain such high standards vis a vis the customer. Thank you so much for making my experience at Tony Honda last Saturday a very pleasurable one. I will recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking for a car. More

We never purchased an extended warrantee before this car, but got a great price on 10 years 120K miles with no deductible at Tony. We have shopped at many dealers, and will always include Tony in our search, even if we start looking for another manufacturer. Our last general shopping visit, we were considering a 4x4 pick-up. Kurt introduced us to Allen, a truck expert who educated us about 4x4 trucks and provided the excellent honest service we have come to expect at Tony Nissan. Today's visit was for routine service. Camille greated my warmly as if I was a dear friend, and escouted me to Will, my service rep. Will was great. He asked the right questions and listened to my complete answers. Great service, comfortable waiting areas I was scheduled for the 12 mo./ 15k mile service, but Jason suggested that because of low mileage, I could do minimum maintenance and come back in ano I was scheduled for the 12 mo./ 15k mile service, but Jason suggested that because of low mileage, I could do minimum maintenance and come back in another 6 months for the annual service schedule. Thank you for the cost saving suggestion! I was scheduled to take their convenient shuttle to work, but since I was now doing minimum maintenance, he also offered to have my car done first so I could just wait for an hour and not have to be shuttled back and forth. Terrific time and cost savings! Definitely not the "rip-off" that many people associate with dealer servicing. Waiting areas were spacious and varied, could roam around and wait in different areas. More
