He prepared the vehicle before we left the lot, instructing me on functions of the key fob and some inside the van. He even helped up to get our old car home. The only issue was waiting for the overworked finance person. We were there for approximately 3 hours (waiting for finance for about 2) during the dinner hour and my husband is diabetic...also, you were out of water for the customers. We paid for the van in full and did not finance which should have streamlined the process some. More

I went in knowing what I was willing to spend and didn't want to deal with any of the typical nonsense you tend to deal with at dealerships. We looked around the lot first (thank goodness it was drizzling rain so no one was out to hound us). When my daughter decided Nissan was what she wanted to see about...we went inside and was met by Jared. We went outside, I explained myself and without Jared being pushy at all...she picked what she wanted...we calculated numbers...and within 3ish hours...we were out...with a new car! Jared is pretty level headed, which made this sale that much easier. More

While we were waiting for the Rogue, we explore the other neighbors of Tony Nissan. We came back to Louise today for a second Nissan. This time we picked out a sexy black Altima SL with all the packages! It was the perfect vehicle for us. And it compliments our Rogue, quite well! Everyone is great to work with. Louise is an amazing salesperson. Darin M. is one of the coolest finance managers you will encounter. Angela is a wonderful and sweet soul that helps you find the perfect accessories! And Jeb is an amazingly kind and fun general manager! We look forward to many years of working with Louise and the rest of the Tony Nissan ohana! First time buyer I wanted a new Nissan altima 2016-2017 which it was so out of my range. Cal showed me a used 2015 Nissan Altima in grey (YE??????( ´?` )??????S!!!) I wanted a new Nissan altima 2016-2017 which it was so out of my range. Cal showed me a used 2015 Nissan Altima in grey (YE??????( ´?` )??????S!!!) black interior nice leg room (which +++) bluetooth rear camera low mileage and the price was for 16k shesshhh i was on it... The loaning and the paperwork processing was less then an hour but the only thing took awhile was the car getting detailed prior to me leaving the lot... Cal was amazing he listened to what i needed n want i was looking for didn't feel no pressure and very sweet.. Thank you Nissan for a great experience More

Purchasing experience My wife and I went in to gather information about leasing options on a new vehicle. Kyle Nahoi met with us late in the evening and gave us his full at My wife and I went in to gather information about leasing options on a new vehicle. Kyle Nahoi met with us late in the evening and gave us his full attention. He in no way tried to push any vehicles on us, he just gave us the info we needed and let us go on our way. We returned the next weekend and started the leasing process, again with Kyle. At first there was a little confusion about the year of vehicle we wanted to lease. A quote was brought to us with a much higher down and monthly payment that we were looking to spend. After Kyle did some research, it was found that the quote was for a 2016 and we wanted the 2017 model. Kyle quickly made the change and we left very satisfied with the vehicle and price point we wanted. Great experience with our salesperson as well as the dealership. We would definitely use this dealership again and recommend Kyle to anyone. More
Great customer service! I bought my car in to service. I did make an appointment and as soon as I arrived the guys were directing me where to park my car. They were so effi I bought my car in to service. I did make an appointment and as soon as I arrived the guys were directing me where to park my car. They were so efficient. Opened my door and asked me a couple of questions and asked to me wait inside until Jason finished walking his previous customer out. Jason went through my paper work and told me it would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hour. I said no problem and went to the waiting room. (So comfortable). I was offered refreshments while I waited. I watched TV and played some games on my ipad. In no time Jason told me it was done. The whole thing took an hour. Jason is very friendly and polite. He went over what was done and walked me to the cashier and I met him at his desk and he escorted me to my car. I told him I was going to use the coupon to wash my car because it was very dirty. To my surprise he already had it done. I was so surprised and happyl All in one hour. I will surely give them my business. Thank you Jason and the crew for making me feel comfortable and did an awesome job. I would recommend Tony Nissan to anyone. More
