Each employee we interacted with at this dealership was professional, kind, and courteous. We scheduled a test drive online for 12:30PM. Just before 12:30 PM we got a call from Andy who asked if we were still coming in for a test drive, I let him know about the text message cancellation, and Andy let us know that the car was still available. If it weren’t for Andy’s call, we may have missed the exact hybrid car we wanted. When the computers/automation failed us, Andy’s extra effort helped us. More
