For the safety of our associates and guests, non-staff members are not permitted to enter the mechanic bays at any time. We would like to address your safety inspection experience. Technicians are certified by the state and must follow a specific set of guidelines to remain compliant, otherwise they could lose their license. A proper safety inspection can generally take up to 1.5 hours, which includes taking photos of potential risks and documenting those items. As your vehicle initially failed the safety inspection, your vehicle needed to undergo the same inspection process in order to pass, resulting in your 3 hour service time for (2 inspections in one visit). We understand that it can be a frustrating process and would like to accommodate for any miscommunication that caused a less than satisfactory experience.
