Service rep Rose works very hard (seems overloaded with customers). Pleasant and courteous. Actual Vehicle Servicing technician staff/management continues to fail me. Didn’t pass because of added (removable) tint on tiny back side windows. Interesting…has passed annually without question in previous years (car is over 10 years old). Solution - let me remove the film. Seems simple HOWEVER, even though I was only 10 feet away from my car, I couldn’t enter shop area. Car was going to be brought out to me. HOWEVER there was a tow truck blocking the shop door. Multiple people had to wait for their vehicles. After 45 minutes I went to check - seemed too long a wait. My case was at the front is the building but no one told Rose so I was left waiting… sigh, talk about frustration! Walked to my car, in one minute removed the film and returned inside to wait for Rose to finish with a customer. Showed her the film and asked that my safety inspection be completed. Took another hour to finally get my car back. Had to go back up to Rose, and my paperwork was sitting on the counter - I have no idea how long my car has been ready. Wonder how long I would have waited to be called if I didn’t check on my car. Seems like other service reps weren’t as busy as her. None stepped in to assist. I continue to be VERY DISSATISFIED with the servicing technicians/mgmt - how could they have allowed a tow truck to block the door for such a long time? How did my vehicle get “lost” in the shuffle and if I didn’t go to ask where it was, how long would I have waited? Had previously misdiagnosed problem that left my case out of commission for weeks due to wrong parts being ordered then having to wait again for correct parts to be ordered. In the market for another case and want to consider Hyundai from this dealership again. Hubby asked “why” Sue to all the challenges and frustration. I am seriously reconsidering getting another vehicle from Tony Hyundai in the future. I’m afraid I’ll have years of frustration. Just day before friend mentioned this dealership charges are higher than Windward location - her friend used to go to Tony Hyundai until she found this out. Now takes care to Windward location.
