Will never do business with this dealership again. Please don't even think of selling your car to them ("they want to buy your car!") On the bright side, their service staff are well-trained, courteous and thorough. Although I had to fight to apply their measly $20-off coupon which apparently the cashiers are trained to try to get you to avoid using. Bottom line: Never again! Good bye "Tony"! More

I contacted tony Hyundai in March 2021 when I saw the video of the new Tucson. They responded within a few minutes. Henry was the one who contacted me. He told me it may be awhile but always kept me post video of the new Tucson. They responded within a few minutes. Henry was the one who contacted me. He told me it may be awhile but always kept me posted on the progress of what what happening In September this year I went to the dealership and ordered my new car. He told me it may take six months or longer and I didn't have to put down a deposit since I was already a customer. On December 10th I got an email from Hyundai say my car was on it's way to LA and would be 30 to 45 days before it would arrive and I would be contacted when it leaves LA. I got a phone call form Henry on Friday December 17th that my car had arrived. I make an appointment with Henry to come and pick it up on Saturday. What a nice surprise. Henry was so kind to demonstrate all the new features and sink my phone as well. I have been with Tony Hyundai for 10 years now. I had a Tucson 2012 before my new car. SM Allen, whom I bought a Sonata from 10 years ago, came to greet us also and asked me to test drive, not one, but several of the new SUV's. Found the one that suited us best, got a straight bottom line, and sealed the deal. Nice of Henry to sit in the vehicle and explain the controls before I headed out. Should also note that the warranty package from Hyundai cannot be beat. Will be back in another 10,.. maybe earlier. Aloha!! More

His explanations are clear, thorough and easy to understand, yet he finishes everything in record time. We know that he is running around in the background answering other calls and making arrangements for us and other clients, yet he makes us feel like we are the only ones in the dealership. His personalized attention, and friendliness while delivering world class expertise in salesmanship is above and beyond what anyone could expect. The loan officer, maintenance crew and accessories consultant put the finishing touches on what is what we deem the best team on the planet. Renee and I have really never bought a car on our own. I have 2 brothers that work in the car business for 25 plus years and they always did everything for us. We would just tell them what we want, we would then get a call later to process paperwork and pick up a new vehicle. After all these years, we got a bit spoiled by this process. So, this “on our own” process was a first for us. We were very fortunate to have a Hyundai sales representative that is very customer centric in thinking, that put us at ease from the start and walked us through the car buying process without a hitch.
