Very pleased with Henry Murillo's sales approach. Low keyed, not pushy, knew his product. Even when I went to pick up the car, Henry demonstrated all the important features in operating it. Initially contacted Tony Hyundai about purchasing a 2022 GV80 while still overseas in Korea. Informed them I would not arrive on the island until 17 Dec. Coordination between the Tony Hyundai team from initiation of the purchase while still in Korea to the final process of driving away on 21 Dec was flawless. Will never do business with this dealership again. Please don't even think of selling your car to them ("they want to buy your car!") In my case, their offer was $6000 under the Kelley Blue Book trade-in amo don't even think of selling your car to them ("they want to buy your car!") In my case, their offer was $6000 under the Kelley Blue Book trade-in amount. Are they kidding me? Do they think their customers are that stupid? On the bright side, their service staff are well-trained, courteous and thorough. Although I had to fight to apply their measly $20-off coupon which apparently the cashiers are trained to try to get you to avoid using. Bottom line: Never again! Good bye "Tony"! More
