Allan, Sorry bumper scratches does not account for a $6,000 disparity over the "FAIR" KBB rate, so sorry. Try another lame excuse please. I've been loyal to your dealership but no longer. "This review will not post to our site until 1/7/2022 to allow this dealership time to resolve your issues." Now I know why your "reviews" are always positive. I wouldn't have wasted my time writing a review if I knew you culled out all the negative ones. Afraid of hearing the truth from your customers? Unbiased reviews, not! Shame on you. When I read reviews on any site I expect to read the good and the bad and then choose whether to patronize the firm or not.
