Miles and his entire staff have always extended friendliness, concern, service, and sincere warmth. Keoni is beyond amazing. He works so hard to provide service beyond expectation. I wrote a lengthy review on Yelp, especially mentioning Miles Miller. I am made to feel so welcome by him and his staff. I know very little about cars, except that I drive them and they get me where I need to get to, hopefully on time. Miles and Keoni have explained everything thoroughly and patiently to me; I never feel "talked down" to. They know I am a busy professional. I can count on them in every way in regards to taking care of my car. I never worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. As a widow, this has happened to me in the past. The driver, Poomai, is exceptional. She is reliable, always on time, and extremely courteous and understanding. She makes every effort to make sure I am comfortable in regards to the A/C and type and loudness of the music. She is an excellent, aware driver. More

We worked with Aaron Demello who is by far the best sales representative that we have ever worked with. Due to the fact that he was so kind and helpful my husband and I have decided that for all future auto purchase's we only wish to work with your dealership. My recent experience with Tony Hyundai was by far the BEST car buying experience I have had. I was planning on buying a Ford Fusion and Tom Churchill asked me if I would consider speaking with a salesper BEST car buying experience I have had. Alan called me and I explained what I had to work with and he said, I will have your car appraised (it was already in service) and be in touch with you in 45 minutes. In 40 minutes I received a call from Alan letting me know I needed to come and select a car so we could talk finance. I took my lunch break was very warmly greeted by Alan and Henry. Henry took time to make me comfortable and explain all the bells and whistles of three different levels of the Sonata. I chose the GLS level. Henry had me do some preliminary paperwork and I would come back after work to "close" the deal. Alan came out and thanked me again for the opportunity to service me. I returned after work, my entire process took about 45 minutes at the most! I have never seen such organization as Jack, the Finance Manager, had 90% of my paperwork ready to go! I felt very well taken of, so valued as a customer. Henry was outstanding in explaining everything about the car. A day later I am still floored with the ease of the whole process, elated with my new car and have NO buyers remorse! Tony Hyundai in my eyes you are the epitome of exceptional customer service!!!!!! Excellent customer service. I came by to look at the Hyundai Veloster Turbo on Tuesday, November 5th 2013. I was approached by Henry Murillo, who gave me a detailed showcase of the Veloster Turbo and we Hyundai Veloster Turbo on Tuesday, November 5th 2013. I was approached by Henry Murillo, who gave me a detailed showcase of the Veloster Turbo and went out of his way to bring out other colors so I could see all the options. Me and my family actually just stopped by to take a quick look at the car because we had a tee time set up that day. In the little time given Henry explained so much about the vehicle and set up a follow-up appointment even with my busy work schedule. I came by one more time to test drive the car and get an estimate for my trade in vehicle. Henry was away from the office that day due to medical reasons, but went out of his way to set up an appointment for me to check out the vehicle again. Allan Capello and David Gonzales let me take a quick test drive and I was in love with the vehicle. I set up a follow-up appointment with Henry to get the actual appraisal for my vehicle on Saturday morning. Henry and Allan quickly and thoroughly made the arrangements for my car appraisal and vehicle purchase. Such friendliness and the quality of work was amazing.Henry let me take the car for another test drive and helped me with all of my paperwork. The service was outstanding, Henry is the definition of a high quality sales consultant, Allan gave us a wonderful bargain and Jack Wolfanger set us up with awesome financial planning and gave a detailed explanation of our purchase and payments for the future. Henry was excellent. The day before I was at the Windward Honda dealership looking at a Honda Fit... If the salesman and finance person didn't pull the usual sketchy car salesman & finance tricks, I probably Honda dealership looking at a Honda Fit... Lost keys- waited over 15 mins to tell me keys were lost. Easily could have at least comp'd my cheap oil change when spent over $1000.00 but not even suggested.
