I see something going on now that I like, Hyundai service senses that car owners have wised up about dealer service. Now dealers are more customer oriented, they know that earning customer trust is important. As far as cost to repair the vehicle, dealer service dept. should be the best. Why? Because you are the representative of the vehicle you SELL. You should have the expertise to fix the vehicle you sell better than independent auto repair shops. AND that savings should be past on to the vehicle owner. The day you hear vehicle owners say "dealer service is the best place to have my vehicle serviced because it is gonna be done right and the price will be fair", YOU have arrived. You have found the secret to success. So far your service dept. employees are the greatest. The young gal where you pay the bill overcharged me. I did not realize that. When I got home, she call to inform me of the overcharge and that she would take care of it. I told her I appreciated the call and that she was a big asset to your company.
