Aaron Demello is a very friendly young man! As soon as we walked in, he greeted my husband and I with a big smile. He never pressured us; rather, he plainly answered all questions we had and allowed us to take it all in. Jack was also a pleasure to work with; he prepared all the documentation necessary with speed and efficiency, explaining also the items covered in the maintenance agreement. John Kato, although we didn't interact directly with him until later, seemed like he did want to give us a good deal. I have highly recommended Tony Hyundai--and especially Aaron Demello--to my friend, Wynne Nakamoto, and to my brother, Wes Anderson, both who will be looking for a great car with a great warranty. John and his boss were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when I went to check out the Accent. I liked the fact that they didn't pressure me with any sales pitch. After they answered all of my questions, I knew that I wanted this car and that I wanted to purchase it here, although there is a dealership closer to home in Kaneohe. Originally, I had planned to test drive other cars ( the Corrolla, Civic, etc.) before making my decision, but after my visit with John and his boss, I scrapped test driving other cars. I wanted to pick up my new Accent the following Tuesday, which happened to be John's day off, but he graciously came in on Tuesday and had my car prepped to go by Monday night. He explained all of the functions of my new car and invited me to call, should I have any questions in the future. The finance manager was also very professional and thorough in his explanations and did not pressure me to purchase any additional warranties I didn't need. You have a great team.....may your sales SOAR!!! More

Mid August my left rear wheel caliper was faulty due to a busted boot in the inside of one of the caliper guide pins. I replaced the entire caliper with an aftermarket part bought from a nationally chained busted boot in the inside of one of the caliper guide pins. I replaced the entire caliper with an aftermarket part bought from a nationally chained parts store, and along with a certified mechanic bled the entire braking system. Brakes were working phenomenally well. About one month later, the same wheel seemed to be having a similar problem. I decided to have it professionally checked out. Before setting up the appointment, the service desk, parts desk, then another person from the service desk (don't remember any of the names) each gave me their opinion on why the problem existed. All of them suggested that the part I used, since it wasn't from a dealer, was most likely faulty and not the correct one. The fact that dealer parts were optimal were heavily noted. Prior to my scheduled appointment on September 18, 2013, I checked the brake fluid at home and accidentally dropped the inside of the cap to the brake fluid well inside the engine. I could see it resting on the bottom of the engine area but could not reach it. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I kindly asked the service dept to please retrieve it for me and put it back on. This never happened. I received an estimate call from the service department suggesting that the problem was that I didn't have the right brake fluid - or that there was an oily substance in the brake fluid which ultimately meant that I should replace every part in the braking system that has rubber/boot/gasket. From master cylinder to each wheel. Est. cost $2,000. I opted for a second opinion. The next day, I picked up my van and received a second opinion within 2 hours. Faulty left rear brake line/hose AND faulty guide pin on RIGHT rear wheel. Right wheel issue was fixed and hose was ordered. Minus the labor for the hose install, total price was under $200. I will not recommend your service department to ANYONE. However, since I recently leased a Nissan from Tony, I must say that I can't be more happy that the service plan for the ENTIRETY of me lease is FREE due to the special that was running when I signed the contract. In my words, I will use your service department and crooks synonymously. The Nissan is awesome. We are seriously thinking of buying it. However, your service department will not receive ONE DIME from me on any of my vehicles. I prefer emails as a means of communication. More
