Although the location is not the most accommodating, the Sales staff made up for it. Richard Nakanishi was not an order taker like most Sales people I have dealt with in the past..He explained to me very thoroughly the functionality of the vehicle off his check list and was very patient in reviewing items that I wasn't familiar with. I'm a very busy individual so communicating via email is something that I value. Making the deal with both of these individuals was very simple and not stressful..they were very upfront with the inventory situation since the vehicle that I really wanted was not available and due to my present lease expiring shortly, I selected my 2nd choice but I'm very happy with the Santa Fe Sport 2.4L so far..I know I can count on Richard to field any concerns I have in the future..I would highly recommend any of my friends to see him for service.
