He was totally knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the car. Mr. Murillo was very patient in asking all questions we had addressed with him. If he wasn't able to answer certain questions, he immediately consulted with his co-workers in getting the answer to our question. Mr. Murillo researched and checked on the website in finding the car that would be beneficial and affordable for us. The only matter which was obviously beyond Mr. Murillo's control is that he had to adapt to a new computer system which was implimented the day before. He was very patient and consulted with other co-workers as needed. We were there with him for over four hours. Since Mr. Murillo was so exceptionally helpful and efficient, we were very understanding. We would strongly recommend any of our contacts to Mr. Murillo if they were interested in purchasing a car. He has exceptional customer service skills as anyone would feel comfortable with him. Mr. Murillo is the best sales consultant we ever had. We were very glad that he made the initial contact to us. He thoroughly checked as he found a local bank providing the most affordable interest which will make it very easy on our financial budget in making the monthly payments. When the 2019s came in, Jave promptly notified us when they arrived and made arrangements to test drive one of the two models they had the same day they came in. We bought the one we drove and are very happy with the vehicle and especially with Jave who conducted himself exactly like he said he would. He met every expectation and one more thing: not once did he pull any xxxxxxxx, he didn’t follow us around the lot, or the let me talk to my manager or any of that other xx you run into shopping for a car. Alvin was very friendly and gave us space when needed and he never tried to push me into a car with more options and it’s not hard to do that with me but Alvin respected my budget as much as my credit score allowed I was in and out of the dealership in About 3 hours which is a record for me with car purchases. I was even impressed that the loan officer was able to get my interest rate down three more points than what I was originally quoted and make it possible to get the low end basic service contract included in my price I had planned to decline those add ons until that rate dropped. Every other car purchase I have made add ons were pushed on me but not this time Thank You Alvin and Jack the rest of the Hyundai Staff for such an easy a friendly car buying experience. More

Grateful I would like to thank Justice for going above and beyond (and his manager Miles). I came today to drop off my new car to have rustproof and tint inst I would like to thank Justice for going above and beyond (and his manager Miles). I came today to drop off my new car to have rustproof and tint installation and was supposed to get a loaner to use for 24 hours. I brought my 16 year old dog with me and was told by the rental car agency that they don't allow dogs - I was quite distraught. Justice called his manager and they arranged for me to get loaner through them. I am very grateful. Mahalo! More
