It was actually a Honda salesperson who suggested that I go stop by Hyundai when I did not find a good fit for me there. I was happily surprised that I was able to afford it and it is as smooth and comfortable as I remembered. Bottom line this was a very pleasant process. Once I made the decision and put a down payment, the transaction was smooth and easy. I had called ahead to say I was coming to purchase the vehicle, and it was ready when I pulled up, beautifully detailed with a sold sign reserving it for me. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend this dealership, and Joshua Matsushige as an outstanding salesman. Sometimes salesman don't know much about the cars they are selling, but Joshua was very knowledgeable and even helped me when I stopped by after the purchase to figure out a few things about all of the features on my new Sante Fe. His professionalism and knowledge and customer service has been impeccable, and the reason why I say this last year about this time I had another associate tried to sell me a car, his lack of knowledge and customer service was unacceptable that I walked out of that place and Val never to return however I always have my Tiburon service there last week while waiting for my vehicle I met Jave he approach me with a smile shut my hand and introduce himself. There was another customer in the area that needed some assistance, I referred him to the customer that was looking at another vehicle so I can evaluate his customer service skills. He demonstrated a very positive and knowledgeable skills. I've waited until he finished with that customer and I asked for his card. About 20 minutes later he saw me in the waiting area and came over to me and asked me if I had any questions and if I was interested in test driving any vehicles. I felt very comfortable with his approach and decided to take him up on his offer. During a test drive I realize that he was a very passionate professional and took pride in his work. This was a totally different experience from the year before.
