The day after the recall was fixed, my check engine light came on. He told me to bring the car right back. I did and he arranged a rental while they troubleshot. I picked the car up a few days later. A month went by and the check engine light came back on. Justice again told me to bring the car right back. It turned out to be a BIG problem, but Justice did everything in his power to make this as painless an experience as he could...and he did. He took such good care of us that I wanted to let the world know that this man is in the right line of work. More

Be prepared to get a harsh and arrogant response to any question you may ask especially in regards to MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES AND RECALLS. They overcharge and markup prices by 500% They also tell customers completely wrong information. BE SURE TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and have your vehicle checked out prior to coming in so they can’t overcharge with a diagnostic fee or claim you need more repair than what is needed. If you are unaware of the recall they will try to charge you full dealership prices. Also have someone double check what they claim they “repaired” after the fact as this is the reason why one of their dealerships went out of business for in the first place. This dealership is the sole reason why I will never own another Hyundai vehicle again and plan to sell the one I do have just so I never have to come back and deal with the blatant disrespect and disregard for any kind of customer service. Record any conversation you have with them including scheduling initial appointments as they will tell you the repair and parts for what you are asking for are confirmed but will tell you there is no record of it once you arrive. Check the consumer center first before going in for anything 18006335151 and print out any documents relating to warranties or recalls covered by manufacturer or they will treat you like you’re not only a liar but also ill-advised. I fully appreciate the ability to research online and view dealer inventory with pricing, without having to divulge my phone number/email/SSN/DOB or DNA like some "other" dealers on island. I knew I wanted a Hyundai with its exceptional warranty and eye-catching style. I just had to decide which one. After having rented a few Santa Fe's over the years while traveling, I felt I would be totally happy with one of my own. I narrowed down my choices on Tony Hyundai's website, which you can sort thru Make, Model, Price, Color, Options, etc. I made my decisions and made an offer on a 2019 Symphony Silver SEL Santa Fe. I was contacted by Salesperson, Karen Tuia, who arranged a test drive. She had a very relaxed but professional vibe, which put me very much at ease. She explained the new features of the car before taking us out on the road, and pointed out not only all the fancy bells and whistles, but all excellent safety features from Hyundai that came with my pretty much base model Santa Fe. After having owned my previous vehicle for 15 years, this 2019 model was a dream. After getting back to the dealership, we sat down with some paperwork, in which her Sales Manager, Sean Charleston assisted, and since I had pretty much made the offer in advance, all we needed to do was a brief review, a few signatures and away I went with my new vehicle---happy as pie! Since I went to the dealership later in the evening, I did have to come back the next day to have my new ride detailed, and to dot my i's and cross the t's on my finance contract with Jack, their Finance Manager---who by the way, has got to be one of the nicest finance people you will meet. How chill is this dealership? They are so no-pressure (and so unlike any other dealership I have dealt with), you will WANT to buy all of the accessories, options and other things they offer from Angie, Accessories Specialist (but no pressure, so you CAN just say no). If you want your car buying experience to be a relaxed one, go to Tony Hyundai. You will not be disappointed AND you will have a great car for a very long time. Note: I took away one star from the rating, because my online search--which encourages you to submit a credit application online prior to your visit, which I did-- dings your credit 1 time. And when I went into the dealership, they pulled my credit twice more. 3 hard inquiries from one dealership--and my score was excellent. So I don't know if they shopped around for me to get the best rate, but I wouldn't recommend pre-applying. Just go into the dealer and let them run it ONE time. I still LOVE my purchase, and aside from the multiple hard inquiries to my credit report which tanked my score, I loved this car buying experience. I am recommending Tony Hyundai to my friends and family and anyone who doesn't want to be jive-talked by an average salesman. More
