Great service and the BEST courtesy shuttle driver!! Had to take my company's '05 Honday Pilot in for recall servicing. First time they did the airbag swap-out but the ECM part wasn't available so had to Had to take my company's '05 Honday Pilot in for recall servicing. First time they did the airbag swap-out but the ECM part wasn't available so had to return a couple weeks later. On both visits I was lucky enough to have Judi G. as my courtesy shuttle driver to take me back to my office, then pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when the service was done. On both round-trips, Judi was punctual, pleasant and SUPER fun to talk story with! She is very friendly and outgoing as well a safe driver that knows her way around the area. It's employees like this that can make your day or alleviate frustration with an untimely or expensive repair job. Thanks again Judi! More

My starter for my 2014 accord coupe had failed me the other day. I contacted Tony Honda among other calls I made to explain to them what had happened. I was met with great service and attention from staff and the shuttle drivers were friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, the parts to repair my car were not in stock but with the diligent and expeditious efforts made by Natasha, I was set up with a rental service while my car was kept for repairs. I have never experienced such service from any other dealership/service center like Tony Honda and strongly recommend anyone to let them take care of you. More
