This visit was to replace the seat belt behind the driver's side that would no longer retract. This visit was a continued service that we had last week. Wade took care of our other seat belt behind driver's side that would no longer retract. This visit was a continued service that we had last week. Wade took care of our other seat belt behind the passenger's side that would not retract and the recall. The seat belts and recall were covered under warranty. We also had the service performed that was recommended for our mileage. Wade gave me a rental car so that I could still run errands, etc. Wade always goes above and beyond to take care of us. On this particular visit, George was so nice to drive me and my 5 yr old son home so that I could get things done. I highly recommend Wade, George, and most of the other sales representatives. However, I will always ask for Wade from now on since one sales representative did not give me correct information one time about transferring my warranty to American Honda. That mistake almost cost us over $1000.00. The next time when I mentioned it to Wade, he knew exactly what I had needed to do to transfer the warranty from overseas to American Honda. Our Honda van is a 2003 and I would go to Wade to purchase our next vehicle. More

My wife and I went to visit Tony Honda and was helped by Dustin. We are a elderly couple and didn't know much about the new Honda's. all we knew was that we wanted something easy to get into and at the same Dustin. Dustin was very patient with us as we looked at several cars. He made us feel very important and treated us as if we were his own family. He is a great kid, wasn't pushy and didn't try to use typical sales tactics on us. I really enjoyed our experience with him. The other staff was really nice as well. The finance manager Kurt was a bit slow but had a few jokes to entertain us. All in all a great experience at Tony Honda. More

On Sunday (3/17/13) we had returned to Tony Honda Autoplex and made it a point to contact "Andre". We had waited 45 minutes and it wasn't a problem. From the moment we met Andre, he demonstrated excellent customer service by ensuring that all of inquiries and concerns were resolved, so we could make an informed decision. Additionally, Chris extended the same excellent service that we were confident of our purchase.
