A friend of mine has received stellar service from Jason at Tony Nissan on her 6 year old Murano, so when she went to pick up her car from being serviced, I tagged along with the intent to test drive a CR-Z at Tony Nissan on her 6 year old Murano, so when she went to pick up her car from being serviced, I tagged along with the intent to test drive a CR-Z from the Honda lot. Woody got the up and took me on the test drive. Courteous, professional, accomodating and honest, it was refreshing to work with him. I might be considered a "lay-down", but only with the right sales person. As a guy who has a sales background (I used to sell hot tubs at carnivals in the Northwest for years and years beilieve it or not), I truly appreciate hard work, patience and thoroughness from a sales professional I am working with, especially on a major purchase. Sales is not an easy job, and Woody did stellar. My uncle may be purchasing a CR-Z after he drove mine, and I will be directing him to Woody with confidence that he will be treated courteously and fairly, and have a good experience. I would recommend Tony Honda to family, and that says a lot. Thanks Woody! More

Monday, May 13th I took my wife to look at the Honda FIT. We were thinking of replacing our 2007 Honda Civic which we bought from Tony Honda. Mike approached us and we did a test drive. He quoted some prices We were thinking of replacing our 2007 Honda Civic which we bought from Tony Honda. Mike approached us and we did a test drive. He quoted some prices on the base and sport model. We told him that we were still shopping around. Tuesday May 14th I sent out e-mail inquiries on price quotes using the Kelley Blue Book site. Pflueger Honda was the first to respond and give a quote electronically. Mike called after. By Wednesday both dealers, Tony and Pflueger had given me a quote that I liked. We did business with both dealers in the past. Since Tony Honda was closer to home we decided to by the car from them. Thursday we had an appointment with Mike at 9am. We negotiated until we agreed on a price. This lasted for 2 and half hours. Since my son was going to co-sign the loan with me we scheduled to finish the deal 3pm. By 3;30pm we were done with the car sale. Colleen came by to see if I was interested in any of the accessories that she offered earlier in the morning. She could not give me any of the items for the MSRP price which made me disappointed. I showed her that I could get quality window tinting for a lower price. Then she offered a lower price to tint the window. I also decided to buy the Cargo Tray which was 11 dollars above MSRP. By this time it was around 4pm. It was Curtis turn to do the Finance. At this time I thought the paper work was ready for signature. There was other intention in selling additional warranty. I tried repeatedly that I was ready to pay for the negotiated “out the door” price of the car plus the 2 accessories. I was going to put 15k as down payment, but he told us that we needed to have a loan over 6k. Since the negotiated price plus the accessories was only 4k, the additional 2.2k warrantee would exceed the 6k recommended loan amount. I told that if that’s the case, I would only put a 10k down payment, because I did not want the additional warrantee. This went on for about 30 minutes, until he saw how frustrated I was becoming. Curtis then finished the paper work.. By this time I was not the happy customer even though I was very satisfied with the price I got car for. If I could purchase cars electronically and avoid the salesman, accessory person and the finance manager it would be great. Maybe I would by cars more often. I am a retired disabled person and going through the stress of buying a car from Tony Honda was very bad for my health. My recommendation is to purchase car online through American Honda Motors directly. No dealership overhead. More

I was very happy with my recent purchase of the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L from Tony Honda. This was my fourth new Honda Accord that I bought from Tony Honda. The main reason for my having a better experience this time was attributed to the professionalism of Iven Cunanan, the Internet Sales Consultant and Curtis Matsumoto, the Finance Manager. Unlike my previous purchases when I had to waste a lot of my time negotiating the car price, i.e. dealing with the numerous long trips the sales persons made to go "talk" to the manager regarding my price offer, this time it was a much quicker negotiation and I got the price I wanted. Iven also explained pleasantly and patiently the various high-tech features of the car during the test drive and gave me some valuable advices regarding the options I should consider. My car loan was approved quickly by Curtis. He also went through thoroughly the differences between various choices of extended warranty and car protection packages but did not put any pressure on me to purchase them. He was very amenable to my request to modify the warranty coverage and even gave me free additional car protections that I did not ask for. What I also liked about both Iven and Curtis was their nice personalities and I found them very sincere during the negotiation. I think they represent Tony Honda very well. I will definitely refer my friends and associates to them if they are interested in buying a Honda. Jonathan Vuong More
Woody had an answer to every question I and my boyfriend asked, very knowledgeable about the cars that were being shown to me, was able to explain the difference between leasing and purchasing a car which w asked, very knowledgeable about the cars that were being shown to me, was able to explain the difference between leasing and purchasing a car which was good to know and make my options much easier on what to do.. Because of his energitic, happy attitude about getting down and help me on the vehicle I really wanted, I was able to get the car I wanted in the back of my head, which I thought I couldnt afford rather than only looking and getting a vehicle I was initially there to look at in the first place.. I was able to see a price that was in my range and have big smiles test driving it and had more confidence in that car whereas I wasnt really sure about the previous one I felt like I was going to get. I got very good advice from Woody about selling my previous car privately rather then trading it in, very kind and awesome to take a picture of me and my new car with his cell phone and send it to me since my cell phone died, was able to quickly set me up with my own insurance, went over the basics and showed me what the vehicle I purchased had to offer.. I like that he was able have a good-sense of trying to help and figure me out and of course drive out with the vehicle with no regret More
We've been coming to Sean for years. Overall a very enjoyable experience considering you are parting with a large amount of cash. Woody made the experience as "painless" as possible. I don't know if that is a planned part of the Honda experience but I so much appreciated it. Empowering the sales associate to make the final decision and not drag another employee into it is a definite "plus". More
