We have never purchase a car on the first visit, but Woody met us at the door, introduced us to his manager and we felt at ease and knew we could trust him. We didn't care, however,for the Accessories/Add on lady and that strategy. We told her we were not in the market but she kept going on the other things we could purchase. She should have stopped and perhaps offer to give us a handout of things we could purchase at that price, say, if we changed our minds within three days. Or, Woody could have mentioned all the additionals before closing the deal and we sit and cross off what we don't want. This would make us feel that we got an additional saving on the automobile. Told a friend I got a Honda instead of a KIA and he said I got a better deal! Thank you! More

I really enjoyed working with my salesperson Elmo Martinez. He was very informative and not pushy. I told Sean he had to be honest with me when it was time to let go of my Odyssey van that had over 150,000 miles on it and the kids and I loved...I made Sean promise to tell me when it was time to get a new car...which I did! A 2010 Civic! He noticed my safety check had expired this past visit and made sure it got done! He had my dirty car washed... He calms me down when I call him in panic mode! I told Sean if he ever left for another company, I was gonna follow him!!! I LOVE Hondas! And have been a Honda owner since I was driving in high school EONS ago!!! I tell all my friends to buy from Tony and have Sean be their service advisor! My son wants a truck...and is even considering the ugly Ridgeline because he too wants to be a Honda owner!!! My kids have grown up watching Sean take care of me...now that they are adults...they recognize good customer service and want Sean to be their advisor too!!! A friend of mine has received stellar service from Jason at Tony Nissan on her 6 year old Murano, so when she went to pick up her car from being serviced, I tagged along with the intent to test drive a CR-Z at Tony Nissan on her 6 year old Murano, so when she went to pick up her car from being serviced, I tagged along with the intent to test drive a CR-Z from the Honda lot. Woody got the up and took me on the test drive. Courteous, professional, accomodating and honest, it was refreshing to work with him. I might be considered a "lay-down", but only with the right sales person. As a guy who has a sales background (I used to sell hot tubs at carnivals in the Northwest for years and years beilieve it or not), I truly appreciate hard work, patience and thoroughness from a sales professional I am working with, especially on a major purchase. Sales is not an easy job, and Woody did stellar. My uncle may be purchasing a CR-Z after he drove mine, and I will be directing him to Woody with confidence that he will be treated courteously and fairly, and have a good experience.
