Daniel Zabresky was my service consultant today, May 25m 2013. He advised me of what I needed to do and even replaced my car battery on my 2011 Honda Civic. The help I received on my Honda Civic from my Service Advisor Wade Szameitat was excellent. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and arranged for a courtesy shuttle to take me home. I received a prompt call from Wade when the work was done within the time he specified. Upon my arrival back at the dealership my car was waiting for me. The repair work was accurately done and to my satisfaction. We have never purchase a car on the first visit, but Woody met us at the door, introduced us to his manager and we felt at ease and knew we could trust him. We had just come from an unfortunate experience at KIA Waipahu. We were able to pick the Odyssey up a few hours later. The financial guy was helpful, too. We didn't care, however,for the Accessories/Add on lady and that strategy. We told her we were not in the market but she kept going on the other things we could purchase. She should have stopped and perhaps offer to give us a handout of things we could purchase at that price, say, if we changed our minds within three days. Or, Woody could have mentioned all the additionals before closing the deal and we sit and cross off what we don't want. This would make us feel that we got an additional saving on the automobile. Told a friend I got a Honda instead of a KIA and he said I got a better deal! Thank you! More
