I went for a normal periodic scheduled maintenance. Appointment time was set 4 days prior. When I arrived, was greeted by Joshua and gave him other work to be performed. First off Jacob was the first person to come up to us and asked what we were looking for. He right away went to show us the Honda Fit and told us everything that he knew about the car. Then when i asked about the Honoda Civic he was very nice to take me to look at the Civics. He offered me to test drive the car to make sure it's what i wanted. We even told him that day we were just looking and pricing around. He didn't push us in anyway. Today 3/9/14 we went to purchase the car. But before buying it i wanted to make sure i didn't want the Fit. Jacab was nice again and took us to the fit and let met put my crate in the trunk and let me sit in the drivers seat. Finally, i made my mind up. Through the whole process Jacob was very friendly never pushy. He gave us all of the options and let us decide what we wanted to do. Even the finance person went beyond to get us a good deal. I am so happy that i could afford a new car. Thanks to the team at Tony Honda for being super friendly and very helpful. I would totally go back to Tony Honda to buy another car in the future. More
Wow!!! - Is all we can say. My wife and I came to do the almost impossible - obtain a vehicle, trade a vehicle, along with negative equity. When we were approached by Matt Chong, he knew EXACTLY what we needed and brought us in to see how he provide us the best service. This former and fellow Soldier provided the MOST excellent service to my wife and I, as he literally moved mountains to ensure that we got the BEST DEAL available for our situation. To say the least, we are humbled by the superb service that Mr. Chong provided for our family! Tony Honda IS a better business due to this young man's outstanding customer service! I cannot think of a better dealership out on Oahu that exemplifies the standard that Tony Honda displays. You guys are the tops! I've been going to Wade for many years now and Wade is a great Service Advisor. I rely on Wade for his knowledge and service and he is always friendly, honest and accommodating. He takes care of me by offering a car loaner without me even asking. I prefer to only schedule service through Wade because I know he will make sure my car is taken cared of. We had an issue with the overall experience (not particular to Saturday's visit). My wife brought in the vehicle for inspection and was told by the service tech that they would order the parts. Af particular to Saturday's visit). My wife brought in the vehicle for inspection and was told by the service tech that they would order the parts. After hearing nothing for over a week, my wife called back and spoke with the parts dept who said there was a mess up and the part was never ordered. Your folks then ordered and expedited the part and called when it was ready. We were given an appointment a week out and the actual service was not an issue. While there for service Andrew also id'd that our oil level was low and offered an oil change service which I accepted. When checking out, we were handling another part that needed to be ordered (crossing my fingers!) and after leaving realized that they hadn't offered me a military discount on the services (which they had done before and I thought was on the file). Regardless, I will have to be more on top of my game when coming to your dealership for service. Thankfully, the part wasn't critical and so the delay didn't cause a huge burden (besides nuisance) but from past experiences with other dealers a screw up like that would usually have ended up in the oil change being comp'd not charged full price. Given all those factors together, is why I gave an overall 3-4 rating. More
