I was interested in a new Honda. However, due to the tone of Wesley's recent communication to me, I am declining to do business with him. I was looking at a $50K+ vehicle over the last two months. When reaching back out about a new vehicle in stock, I asked what the invoice price was and was told it was the same as the price provided over 40 days ago for a similar vehicle. He then proceeds to say via a text message "if you're not willing to pay that price then let's stop right now to save time". No one likes to be talked down to, especially as a senior adult. That type of attitude is a quick way to lose a sale. For a guy with extensive years in the business, and claims to be "Grant Cardone auto sales certified", and "Alan Ram auto sales training certified", clearly, he forgot how to be a salesperson. So bottom line, I would suggest you deal with another agent and perhaps a different Honda Dealership that wants to sell people cars. Hopefully, he will welcome the gift of this feedback, as I didn't have to take time out of my day to write this. However, you don't learn or grow unless people provide you feedback, so you can improve. Full disclosure: I have had one of my Honda's serviced at this dealership for 13 years and have purchased one other Honda from this dealership in past few years. More
If you're given a choice, ask for Sean Kikuchi to be your service agent. All of the service people are good, but Sean is the BEST! Just took my car to be serviced at Tony Honda Waipio for the first time and WOW! My car was finished within an hour! The waiting area is very comfortable, there is a large screen TV, newspapers to read an the first time and WOW! My car was finished within an hour! The waiting area is very comfortable, there is a large screen TV, newspapers to read and even coffee! But, the best part is definitely their employees! Especially service associate Sean K! He was so nice and helpful! I will absolutely recommend Tony Honda Waipio to everyone I know! Great Job Everyone! More
Would like to publish that my experience with David Diaz as my sales reps rep was nothing short of pleasant and professional. He kept me as his priority and I never once felt pressured. My experience at Tony is always wonderful, particularly with my serviceman, Sean. All of the staff are great, the prices are fair and the quality is apparent, but I’ve come to understand that the person on with my serviceman, Sean. I consider myself very fortunate to have a serviceman there who knows his stuff and prioritizes the customer above all else. I’ll only go to Tony for my service and I’ll only see Sean. More
