Instead of forcing me into a car he thought would best fit me, he had excellent patience towards me and family over our indecisiveness in selecting a car. He recommended a few cars, made sure the price was comfortable and even made sure our final price was at a comfortable rate. In the end, we ended up getting a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. After the whole process at the dealership, the great customer service did not just end after I drove off the lot, he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed and delivered it to me later that night. Overall, great first time experience and I would recommend anybody to see Michael Javines when getting a car at Tony Honda. More
By far the most AMAZING customer experience EVER! Accolades! I have been a Honda fanatic since the ripe old age of 17, when I first laid eyes on my 1987 Honda Prelude (given it was 2001, but it was the most beau I have been a Honda fanatic since the ripe old age of 17, when I first laid eyes on my 1987 Honda Prelude (given it was 2001, but it was the most beautiful thing I had ever owned). The quality, aesthetics, & sheer power had me hooked on Honda from that time on! Fast-forward 14 years later to today, I have only owned Honda vehicles & have been praising them all along (1 Prelude, 3 Accords, & a 2012 Honda Pilot)! Yesterday I went to visit the team at Tony Honda to express a concern of mine, & not only did they remedy my concerns, they blessed my daughters and I beyond measure! As a single-parent of a 2-year-old and 7-year-old identical twins, I have a lot on my plate and they saw that. Their only concern: To make sure that my daughters and I were taken care of. I felt like I was in a dream the entire time..... Their team was remarkable from the beginning (which is nothing new..... Honda has always employed exceptional individuals)! The energy in the showroom was so amazing, I actually didn't want to leave :) For all that Honda has done for me, my family, & millions of others, I want to extend a THANK YOU and ALOHA. A special THANK YOU to all of you at Tony Honda who went the extra mile (make that 1,000), I will never forget my experience with you all yesterday. You have shown me the true VALUE of kindness. Although we like our cars, our satisfaction with the service we are provided at Tony Honda keeps us coming back to buy more Hondas. I'm not sure how Sean maintains such a positive and "can do" attitude, but I have no doubt that he contributes significantly to the success of the Tony Honda organization. He assists us with our choices in maintenance, as well as scheduling periodic maintenance for our vehicles. He has always been ready for us when we show up to our appointments, and he proactively checks to ensure we are getting all of the maintenance required for our cars so that we can be confident that our cars will operate effectively and safely. This last visit was due to the air bag recall and Wade knew it was inconvenient for me to bring my Pilot back in but he made sure that I was taken cared of. Wade confirmed that the appropriate parts were in beforehand and being it was Halloween, he assured me that the service would be completed by 12pm (I checked-in at 7am). When I called for status at 12pm, he informed me that the service was not completed yet as they couldn't locate one of the ordered parts. Because we had plans for the early evening and I needed my Pilot no later than 3pm because we had a lot of stuff/things to bring with us, he promised that the service would be completed by 2pm. At 1:45pm, Wade called me and said that everything was done. Whew! The 'good' rating I gave was because of the delay, but for Wade's service ability, it was 'Excellent' as always. More
