Having just moved to the island as a half military, half civilian unit, my family was pressed to find permanent housing. This would have been much more difficult without a car. At all the previous dealerships we visited, the salesmen didn't quite listen to our needs and attempted to smoothly offer us financially impractical deals, growing cold when we rejected them or they fell through. Ray outshine them all. He never gave up working with us to find a car to fit our needs even when we kept him three hours passed closing time. After we purchased and out insurance agent fell through, Ray was flexible in meeting us the following day to complete the sale. He even brought us candy as a congratulation. Ray was very patient about our group dynamic, our financial situation, and the time it took to purchase insurance. He was also very pleasant to talk to. He felt authentic, not fake and impractical like the others. If I ever have family or friends who need a car, I'm going to tell them to go talk to Ray at Tony Honda. More

Service recalls My experience was very good. I dropped off my car and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check in my car for the recalls that it needed. I go My experience was very good. I dropped off my car and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check in my car for the recalls that it needed. I got a call around 10, about 3 hours from when I dropped my car off. It took a little longer than the last time, but maybe because of 2 recalls that was getting serviced instead of 1. Pick up was really easy and didn't have to wait that long for my car to come by. Overall experience was quick and easy to work with all the workers. Great job! More
