Jared was very patient with me, and made sure that I got the car I truly wanted. He showed me about 30 cars and helped me decide which one was best fit for me and my budget. Not supposed to be like this. I've witnessed the hassle of car buying through friends and family and always dreaded the day when I would have to purchase a new vehicle. The pushy sales person, the loan approval process, the my way or the highway feeling. I did not experience any of that. In fact, it was the most enjoyable friendly atmosphere I have experienced. From the sales person (jason) and the accessories coordinator (Ron) to the customer service representative ( Kathleen ), to the Finance Manager (John) . Everyone was helpful and true involved in the process and ensured that I got into the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the features I wanted. I hope my experience at Tony Honda wasn't an exception to the car buying experience, but standard practice for them. More
