For this reason, early this year, and, during the year, I confided in her to help me buy a CRV each time I had my cars serviced. This time, I asked her to recommend a sales rep who is friendly, patient, and, able to answer all questions that both my wife and I would have. She suggested I meet with David Diaz. David exceeded my expectations! I don't recall every having a more patient and informative salesman in all my life buying a car. He was more than willing to help us negotiate a fair price for both our new CRV and selling my Accord that I really enjoyed over the years. He went out of his way to help us, especially because we had an urgent meeting in town and he needed to wait until late afternoon ... we left after your store hours. I would recommend David to others. John Kawamura also exceeded our expectations. He patiently and clearly explained all of the documents we needed to accept, in a very friendly and organized manner. I don't recall having this experience from any of the prior finance personnel that I needed to work with in the past at Tony's. Yes, I'm enjoying this car, and, still have my older CRV (for my granddaughter's use ... but, she's eyeing this new CRV, lol!) Please express my experience to these people, and, thank you as well!
