Kris had an insurmountable amount of knowledge when it came to the odyssey and answering our questions. He was patient, kind, and surely made us laugh! He really went above and beyond for us when it came to our trade-in, and our entire buying experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales guy, and was pleased with our entire experience with him. I have bought cars from Tony Group in the past, but this transaction was a lot more tolerable and made the whole experience much better when having a great sales guy like Kris. Sean Kikuchi(Advisor) & George Toro were very friendly and pleasant when I was there to drop off my car it to be serviced. George was so funny and complimented my blinged out license plate holder! Not all the guys/gals out there receiving the cars and checking you in make friendly conversation with you especially it being so early in the morning and I almost always being my car in at 7/7:15am. So I really appreciated that. When George brought my car back up to me, he kindly left my car running so that I could just drive off and start the rest of my day. Sean was very professional and was the only advisor I trusted with my car being serviced at Tony Honda because he didn’t force any other unnecessary services on me like other advisors have had. He also went over everything we scheduled to do for my car before and after my appointment so that I knew everything that was being done and what I was paying for. Prior to even scheduling this appointment I was looking at other places to get my car serviced because I was not happy the previous time I brought my car to Tony Honda for service. But I thought I’d give it one more chance, and I am glad I did. If it weren’t for Sean Kikuchi and George Toro, I don’t think I would have came back. But a huge, huge thank you to the both of them for their kind and professionalism because they are the reasons why I’d go back to get my car serviced. More
