The service department is very efficient and professional. The service agent was very helpful in explaining the 30K maintenance and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what was t professional. Car battery testing equipment accuracy should be reviewed by the dealership. My battery was rated "Green" but failed in two days. I doubt this was associated with human error. Thanks to my service agent who addressed my concerns regarding this "hiccup", I am maintaining a 5-star rating for the dealership's service department. More
