Patient, Kind, and Comprehensive My husband and I went in to look at the Odyssey on Thursday. Keoki was very patient as we explored the models and features. There was no pressure for My husband and I went in to look at the Odyssey on Thursday. Keoki was very patient as we explored the models and features. There was no pressure for a sale- he understood how big of a purchase and commitment that this was for our family. He gave us his card when we said that we had to leave to pick up our kids and let us know that if we wanted to look at it again or test drive we could simply shoot him a text. Needless to say, we were back on Friday (the next day). We test drove the model that we were the most in love with and talked about colors. Keoki even had us do part of the test drive to the spare lot so that we could explore the rest of the inventory. Keoki structured the test drive so that both my husband and I could see how all the features worked and even allowed us to test out acceleration with a brief freeway drive. Once we got back to the dealership, we discussed trading in our well used Kia. Keoki was able to inspect the trade in and discuss possible values with his manager while still giving my husband and I space to discuss our plan and yet he kept us posted on his status. We moved to negotiations and after a brief back and forth arrived at a compromise. We had some time restraints we were working with in terms of picking up our kids from preschool and daycare. Keoki made it a point to notify the Accessories and Finance departments ahead of time, so all of those groups were aware of our situation and willing to help us move as quickly as possible. After Keoki, we worked with Cindy from accessories. Cindy worked through options and preferences and helped us with our tinting questions and concerns as well as options that make sense for the interior since our family is expanding. She laid out timelines for when everything could be ordered and installed. She was very patient, kind, and fun to work with. We then were able to work with Danny from finance. Danny was really knowledgeable and understanding about our questions and concerns. Because we are military, he worked with us to find a maintenance plan that worked for us no matter where we go. Finally, we worked with Keoki again on getting our new car to reflect our preferences. He even helped installed the carseats from our old vehicles. He was so patient about setting up everything for both of us and just kept re-iterating that if we needed anything- we could call or text at any time. Throughout the whole process we really appreciated Keoki's amazing communication skills and his low-pressure approach. Keoki really took the time to get to know us and move at our pace. I would definitely recommend this location and in particular, these people. They really did a great job making us feel secure and supported throughout the whole purchase process. More

I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel like he would spend all night working with me. Marco helped me with financing and got me a great rate I thought I would never have gotten with my credit score. But the kicker is that I was in and out of there in under an hour! Past purchases made in the past at other dealerships taken an average of 3 to 4 hours which is typical. How’s that for service? Overall I’m glad I went there and will be coming back for future purchases and for service and parts. More
