Jacob was personable, not pushy and he had a good rapport with his colleagues. He made sure we were comfortable in his office area, and encouraged us to be patient with him. Who knows whether salesmen huddle all together in managers office for "x" number of rotations while they talk sports but we believed him. We didn't understand about the MSRP pricing, Internet pricing &(sales) and have limited experience buying from a dealership so we have no idea if we got a good deal but we are pleased with the civic Ex-T model. Our friend who recommended him but mis-remembered she paid 21k so started off bit confused. Anyway Jacob was good at explaining the differences between the LX and Ex-T so it made the decision easy. He offered for us to call him with any questions. More
Great service, as usual! Had to bring in my Civic for a failing alarm module in my key and Wade, as usual, got the problem fixed in no time. While the car was in the shop, my mechanic found a couple of wear and tear issues (I have almost 100K on the car) that we caught before they became an issue, which is exactly why I bring it in for regular servicing. The parts were ordered and installed, and now I'm back on the road with confidence! Thanks Wade, for your fast, friendly, efficient and caring service! The experience was extremely simple, with a minimal need to negotiate or haggle over pricing because of the extremely fair starting point. Total time, approximately 4.5 hours to include test driving and shopping for additional add-ons like running boards, tint, and other goodies. Jeffrey Aganos was very easy going and pleasure to work with. Lastly we arrived with financing from our own bank but, the finance team at Tony Honda were able to offer us a more competitive rate which we accepted. Thanks Again More
