After 35 years of dealing with new and used car salesmen, Jacob is the only one I would ever trust with my aging parents here in Hawaii. You need to clone Jacob and send him to all the dealerships on the mainland. We started with a different sales person, however, she was too scared to allow my Mother-in-Law (MiL) to drive on the road, and was frankly rude to my MiL. We were handed off to Jacob and we thank God for that. He allowed my MiL to hit the roads and highway and noticed how cautious and safe a driver she was. If it was not for Jacob, we would have left the dealership without purchasing the vehicle. Jacob bonded on a professional and personal level that turned out to be a lifetime salesman for my MiL.
