He was very friendly and attentive and took the time to listen to what we were interested in. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and with his help we were able to find the right car for us. He took the time to answer all our questions and demonstrated all the features of our new car. He made the buying process quick, smooth and painless. Cindy Fernandez helped us with accessories for our new car. She is very friendly and helpful. Getting the right accessories can be a little overwhelming but she was so patient and kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions and when we came back a couple days later with a few more questions she greeted us like we were family. Cindy then introduced us to Natasha Helsham. She was very sweet and helped to schedule our service for our car. My husband and I are very pleased with Joe, Cindy and Natasha. All three employees were not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but treated us with so much respect and kindness. Usually buying a car can be quite stressful but they made it enjoyable. Amazing employees that give legendary service. We are truly impressed. More

I was impressed because she took an alternate route to take me back to the service center faster that it would had been if we were caught on the traffic that was caused by an accident and roadwork between Pearl City and Waipio. Great Overall Service Experience We own two Hondas and I have worked with Josh for about 8 years now and he has always treated both my wife and I very well and gives us great service. We own two Hondas and I have worked with Josh for about 8 years now and he has always treated both my wife and I very well and gives us great service. Josh is very trustworthy and an honest service advisor, who always does a great job for us. In addition to servicing our CRV on recent service, he even helped us to get a great pricing for the battery I desperately needed for my Pilot from the parts department. That is how you take care of a customer who's been loyal to the dealership as those random act of helpfulness goes a long way in retaining the customer. Also, the shuttle driver Judi Gonagob, who I met for the first time during recent service is a very efficient driver with very friendly personality. She really helps to set the tone for the overall dealership experience due to her great personality since she is the last person to see when she drops me off and the first person to see again when I get picked up. More

Shuttle Drivers Judi Gongob - She's AWESOME! This was my first experience with using the shuttle service, and she made it very friendly and comfortable. As soon as I Judi Gongob - She's AWESOME! This was my first experience with using the shuttle service, and she made it very friendly and comfortable. As soon as I got into the car I felt catered to my needs. She's a very patient person, and really listens. She has a great outlook of her job, knows what she's supposed to do, but goes beyond the job description and takes the time to talk to customers. I think having that personal connection is important for a business to succeed. Tony Honda is lucky to have her on the team. Shoutout to Micky (sp?) from Tony Nissan, who lended Tony Honda a hand and got me to my first shuttle drop off (Judi did pickup). A very humble man, willing to do anything. I liked that his personality was easy going and happy. Not many people I know have the type of personality of "enjoying the finer things;" which is the vibe he gave me. Great conversationalist! More
