He proactively sends Sean Kikuchi continues to provide us superlative service, which is the single most important factor in purchasing our vehicles. He proactively sends us notes about required maintenance, and explains exactly what is required and why. Additionally, after the maintenance is completed, Sean personally QC's the work, and then provides us a detailed summary. He has managed the maintenance on all three of our Honda vehicles for the past ten years, and we will continue to buy Hondas as long as we are assured he will manage our maintenance. My wife actually enjoys taking the cars in to get serviced because she knows that Sean will provide her with detailed explanations in layman's terms, and he will ensure the maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Wade and the Tony Honda Service crew are the best! I had a weird noise coming from under my car and thought it might be something dangerous. I contacted Wade the day before and he told me to come in a I had a weird noise coming from under my car and thought it might be something dangerous. I contacted Wade the day before and he told me to come in and he would take care of my car. I arrived in the morning and although it was busy, Wade got to me in a good amount of time and we took my car for a road test in which Wade recognized the issue I have been having. After the mechanics in the back checked my car they identified the problem ( broken engine mounts) and also found a leaking engine gasket. I had both of the issued fixed and Wade got me an enterprise rental for the day so I could take care of errands. Wade just called and said my car is fixed so I am happy it was fixed within the day. Awesome customer service and a great service experience! More

BAD SERVICE I had came in to bring my car for a recall and I have to say my car is working perfectly fine. As they had updated the software for my back up camera I had came in to bring my car for a recall and I have to say my car is working perfectly fine. As they had updated the software for my back up camera it was VERY POOR QUALITY! I had an advisor who was no where to be found when I picked it up and as well when I had dropped it off JOSHUA did not go over anything with me or even refreshed my memory of this recall. I had no follow up call and I was trying to get in contact with in for almost a week and finally they had answered. I spoke on the phone and I just could not stand talking to you. You are rude and i wouldn’t want you as my advisor again! Thanks to his manager for actually taking the time to help me and reassure me. More
Awesome customer service! It was about 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and I was unable to open my car door. I tried everything! Easy touch access, remote open with the key fob It was about 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and I was unable to open my car door. I tried everything! Easy touch access, remote open with the key fob and even attempted to use the metal emergency key which went into the keyhole and turned but still the door remained locked. I called Honda's customer service and they informed me that it was either the key fob or the car battery. I cancelled my 230 doctor's appointment and called AAA for a jump or tow. They managed to wire open the door. I jumped in and was able to start the car up and drove it straight to the dealership. Natasha was most helpful in assessing the situation and getting my car lined up to be worked on, tomorrow. It was late and I was given a ride back to my home. The next day, I called Tasha to check on the status at about 8am. They were working on the car and she would call me back in two hours. I called her back in about an hour and requesting status as I needed to make arrangements for transportation to work if the car was not ready by 11am. It was ready! It was the battery. The "emergency" service was under warranty, there was no charge.! I even received a car wash coupon! The shuttle was able to pick me up and I was able to get to work in time! Everything exceeded all my expectations! Staff was very friendly and efficient. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1-10, it would be a 20. Thank you so much! More

Royce was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and showed great endurance. We spent 3+ hours on the first visit. At first we looked into a used Odyssey. After sometime, it made better sense to see if we could proceed with a new versus a used. At the end of the first visit, we need time to evaluate and see what was the right choice for our needs. Marco was also very helpful during this process. Having made our first contact in 2002, Marco has been instrumental in both of these purchases 2005 and 2019 - answering our questions, giving us options and not pressuring us to make a wise decision. At the end, we know we made the right choice. The sales staff and service staff are the main reasons we chose Tony Honda. The vehicle was the other reason. More

I will definitely be going back and hopefully working with Wade again. More
