Test drove a low mileage Honda Accord and just arrived on the lot Toyota hybrid. Impressed with both cars and loved the right turn signal monitor in the Hondas. Came back in a couple of days and worked with Jacob. Excellent customer service from him and we committed to the Toyota as Jacob got the price into my range and we were looking for a hybrid which sealed the deal. It was hard to not grab the Accord as it was the only v-6 they had, but the hybrid and price was the kicker for us. That and the fast, friendly, no hassle service we received from Jacob. A fantastic experience! Kudos to Curtis M. as well - processed the paperwork PDQ. More
